Located just off the main plaza in Aksaray. We had a wedding there in the top floor banquet room. The wedding was great. The staff and manager were excellent to work with. The food in the downstairs restaurant is excellent and well priced. The rooms are comfortable and clean. All the guests were happy. There was also a nice hamam located in the basement for guests. Highly recommended if you are in Aksaray.

Located just off the main street in Aksaray. They cater mainly for coachloads of Western tourists stopping over when they`re doing the sites and alsoa few business people visiting the truck plant outside town. The rooms are quite old fashioned by Western standards but are acceptable. The restaurant is excellent, they take great pride in introducing people to the local cuisine and the food is good, which is a relief because the choice of alternatives is very limited, this is a provincial Turkish town, not tourist and very Middle Eastern in it`s feel rather than European.Apparently they have a parking garage somewhere but I never used it.

A nice frendly hotel in the center of Aksaray. Bedrooms where comfortable and clean as you would expect. Exelent location to visit Cappadocia which is about 45 mins away . a must see near by is the Ihlara Valley a picturesque and quiet valley. The hotel has a bar on the top floor o you can sit in the square out side and enjoy a Turkish coffee or tea and watch the world go by. You can get alcohol but because it is a more religious in that area you find it in special licenced premises (the clue is the efes sign) but as with all Turkey a new law means you can not buy it after 10pm.

Aksaray is, according to the Lonely Planet guidebook, a modern city with ugly buildings. It is however well located for tours to Cappadocia and also en route from Ankara to the Mediterranean coast. It is also a city where we could not find any alcohol in the restaurants, nor in the supermarkets. There is a small shop for alcohol near the hotel though. This hotel is centrally located, but very close to a mosque so expect to be woken up very early by calls to prayer.
The rooms are clean and well furnished, and also have minibars where there is alcohol (the hotel bar doesn't serve any). Breakfast is good and the staff is helpful, even though some of them do not speak much English.
There are many more interesting places to go than Aksaray, but if you need to stay there this hotel is definitely recommended. But if they want to attract more foreign customers they should consider adding some non-Turkish Tv channels to the 70 or so that are in Turkish.
