I had a two day stay. The breakfast was very ordinary (even the juices were warm!!). Almost all the lights in the lobby, rooms and other parts of the hotel were off and you are not able to see around clearly (I asked from one of the staff and he told me that this condition is because of the electricity price!!!). the rooms are so cramped. The TV set did not work. The water pipes had problem. The toilet was installed in a way that you could not use it properly. Except for the owner, other personnel were not friendly. I really do not offer this place to anyone and I surely do not go there again. I have to mention that the condition you experience in the reality is much different from the pictures that are showned in this website. Spend more time to become sure about it.

Very impolite mates and employees. Very low quality materials for breakfast and usually insufficient food and drink. You should ask for refill and nobody respect. WiFi was weak and usually broken.

This hotel location is very good. Just infront of it you can find mono rail station.
Lot of resturants beside it.
But the hotel is not that clean.
People who work there are not so friendly and helpful.
Its price according to their service is not good

This is exactly what you need if you are looking for bed and breakfast hotel.
The room was clean. Perfect location. The tram is just one street away (you can use the tram to reach most of the touristic places (blue mosque, Topkapi, Ayasofia, Dolmabahce, basilica, grandbazar, spices market, etc), The underground metro is just another street away. The dolmus (small buses to different places) is around. You can cross the street to get a dolmus to Taksim square. another dolmus near the Metro station to reach Eyup area. Many good and cheap restaurants are around. Hestoria Mall is in a walking distance from the hotel.
The staff are very helpful even that most of them can't speak English but they do their best to understand you and help you. Many thanks to Lotfy who helped us a lot in everything and even in teaching us some turkish words and the best transportation to use to reach destinations. There is a school in front of Hotel. This was fun to me to see students and teachers and hear the music in mornings.
Breakfast wasn't bad.The wifi was available for free in the rooms.

The hot water water wasn't available occasionally.
Aksaray is a very important station in the tram, so the tram is crowded sometimes, This is not a big problem as there is a tram every two or three minutes.

If you are not a demanding person, this is a very good bed and breakfast hotel.

After staying four nights, I think it is not a place you expect a three star hotel should be. It is not accepted for a three star hotel to have such a tiny room for a double standard room. There is even no space to walk in the room and put you luggage aside. You wont believe that we have to put out baggage on the bed and open it because the room is too cramped and tiny, just about 9 or 10 square meters.
The only positive point is the location which is close to both aksaray metro and tramway lines.
The fridge is not working properly and does not cool. Since there is no safety box, you could not leave your precious belongings in the room.
Breakfast is the worst part cause not only is it so simple and plain but also it is the same old stuff everyday for four mornings.Furthermore no warm breakfast is seen in the menu even the boiled egg!
One more thing to mention is that although our room was resereved in advance, the first night when we checked in, the receptionist told us there was a problem for the rooms so we had to stay in another hotel for the first night.
Although the weather was hot and humid, they did not turn on the air con in the lobby.

All in all, I do not recommend the hotel to those who have a plan to stay in a three star hotel.
