The hotel is very friendly, neat and comfortable. You can find a zoo, a kitchen-garden, 2 outdoor pools, table tennis, a tennis court, a library in the lobby. You can rent a hotel bike to go to the beach. There is a bike parking next to the beach.
The cuisine is delicious and various. All kinds of fruit, stewed vegetables, meat and desserts.
The apartments are not old and the cleaning service is every day.
The place is surrounded by other hotels, not much traffic, a lot of fresh air.
There is a hotel bus to the beach every 30 min. The way to the beach on foot takes you about 15min. You can have lunch on the beach if you want.
The animation team is a bit lazy during daytime. The disco music is very loud at night.
But the animation team makes great fire shows and Michael Jackson dancings which are worth seeing.
The Internet is not free. (((

A great hotel with friendly personnel, plenty of things to do with a very involved animation team. The food is very good with plenty variety. There's a nice swimming pool for small and big kids with cool slides.

I visited this hotel in february 2015. Although the weather was not really good we had a great time here. We spend most afternoons in the lobby where we had open bar. Drinks were fine and the staff was very polite. In the hotel itself there are plenty of things to do. There is an excellent Welness area which offers you great massages & hammam. The sauna is good and the steamcabines are also very pleasant. The swimming pool outside is quite big and nowadays it also offers some waterslides (they were in construction during our stay). Outside you can play table tennis or tennis. The rooms are clean and have basic luxury including aircon.

The only part we didn't like that much was the good. They have an okay selection but if you stay for 10 days it doesn't even come close to a good/healthy vacation. The food was very greasy and most of it had the same taste (the meat for example). Breakfast on the other hand was excellent!

Conclusion: An excellent hotel, especially for the prices you can find on the internet.

Just returned from here , moderate size hotel in typical turkish style . We were the ONLY english speaking guests in the whole hotel , its basically a retreat for the germans as russians still not using turkey after the military jet was shot down BUT as of early next year the russians have agreed a compromise with turkey whereby they wont need passports to get in anymore only an identity card SO as per before , turkey on the whole will be FULL of these "nice" russian holiday makers.
The hotel is in fair condition , furnishings could do with some renovation , bathroom furnishings held together with silicone , room furniture looking old and worn, lights in rooms poor and decor needing freshened up.
Safe is extra charge , wifi is extra charge although good quality and only 8 euro for the week. Air conditioning free and works ok.
restaurant looks drab and seating very close together so like eating in a school dining room.
Food was actually ok , something for everyone really and always something you can eat. Best to go for dinner early as quality and quantity drops half way through opening time.
Beach area just usual shingle type and sunbeds all under one large canopy and close together so plenty of chance here to learn german language !
Beach snack bar ok and although only a 10 minute walk from hotel, there is a mercedes sprinter minibus as a shuttle.
Reception staff were generally unhelpful and like most of staff in hotel , english is not their best language.
If you go here , expect it to be a 3 star property and service and NOT what the travel company rates it as.
Anything over £350 per person all inclusive is over priced for this hotel but under this its a good , safe deal.
The hotel is a 20 minute dolmus ride (bus) from managvat town and there is a dolmus about every 7 minutes on average and 10 minute ride from side with service every 5 to 7 minutes. The dolmus stop is on the roundabout just 200 yds from hotel entrance.
Market days in managvat is thursday and monday.
The pools (2 outdoor) were very clean but there again it was november and rather cold for swimming so werent used much at all.

Overall , decent hotel but much better hotels around same area which would be worth paying a little extra to stay in.

REMEMBER as of start of season 2017 you will be outnumbered by 150 to 1 when ruskies start going back
