The hotel is situated at the end of the strip of best hotels on the sea front at Kas. It is within easy walking distance of the town centre (about 5-10 minutes walk on the flat). The hotel itself is built on the cliff edge, on the sea front, like all the other adjoining hotels. It has no lift, and there are quite a lot of stairs and steps to get up to the rooms - the hotel is therefore not suitable for those with mobility problems; however, the young waiters will carry your cases up to your rooms (and back again when leaving). I stayed here twice in 2017, May and September, a week each time, half board. The food is very good. The rooms are perhaps on the small side and a little dated, but the beds are very comfortable and the sea air is just fantastic! Great boat trips from the harbour to Meis, Kekova and elsewhere - highly recommended. Kas is very special. The staff at the hotel are friendly and helpful, special thanks to Musa! Hope to see you next year.

Room Tip: Get a room with a sea view - the views are fantastic, truly fantastic

We selected this hotel from pictures and reviews on the internet. We dealt with the hotel itself. We had 2 deluxe double sea view rooms, which were nothing like the pictures.
The rooms are badly in need of a renovation and quite small if staying for a few days like us. Shower stall door I had to reinstall myself. We had to walk up a few flights of stairs to reach are rooms. For the price I felt cheated, luckily we had only paid for the first night. There is a good breakfast served poolside , but everywhere you turn there is a box requesting tips( too Much).
We checked out and got a nicer room for same price down the road.

My husband and I stayed here for 10 days and really enjoyed it. We were half board and the food was very good. Omelette or fried eggs were available every morning. Also amazing fresh waffles with chocolate sauce. This was in addition to the usual turkish breakfast.
Evening meal was good, lots of salad and meze plus good quality main courses.
Drinks reasonably priced.
The views are stunning, the staff friendly and helpful. Even though we were in the minority ( most guests were turkish ) we felt welcomed and valued.
Bathroom was tiny and if you were of a large build you'd probably struggle to get in the shower.
Would stay here again

We decided to try this hotel as an alternative to the one we normally book in Kas and were extremely disappointed. On arrival we discovered there ware no lifts and to get to the hotel lobby we had to climb a mirriad of steps. This was followed by another flight of steps to gain access to our room. On entering our room we could not believe it's size only to say it was of 'shoe-box' proportions measuring no more than 12 sqm. One side of the queen bed was hard up against a wall meaning one of us having to traverse the other to get into bed. The room decoration was tired, wall paper seams were lifting away from the walls, the small bathroom required pirouettes to maneuver between shower cubicle, toilet and wash hand basin. Breakfast was typically Turkish self service having selections of cheeses, cold meats, salad, olives, fruits, etc, fresh tea was available however coffee was from a vending machine. The only outstanding feature of this hotel is its location with stunning sea views but this does not make up for all the other basic amenities you would expect from a hotel. If you are a senior citizen or one with physical disabilities give this hotel a miss.

This is a wonderful hotel. The location is very convenient. It is very silent around and the whole crowd, noise and fun is just 10 minute walk away.
My cousin and I stayed for 5 nights and we had a reservation including the dinner. The food was delicious and in a good variety. The employees of the hotel were very respectful, always smiling and responding our needs.
The view of the dining terace is wonderful and peaceful. The hotel has its own beach and it is also silent and not crowded at all.
I enjoyed staying at this hotel very much and hoping to stay there again.

Room Tip: Rooms with the sea view might be really hot. We had landview room but we still had some seaview and it was not that much hot.
