Trip happened in July, which is quite hot period in Lara, Antalya. Room was good enough with all basic services provided in a relevant quality. Hotel staff is hard working one, responsive and supportive. I've never been neglected, or rejected to be heard or helped. Receptionists are the most supportive and friendly. The same are some restaurant serving staff. I think they all deserve to be appreciated, as quality of the services deprived from human being motivation. As I could observe several times some hotel clients didn't behave properly, were not polite, but still the hotel personnel was patient and supportive to do their best.
Obviously, some services need to be improved, but better quality requires higher costs. Therefore, I find the Lara Hadrianus hotel price as a fair for the services provided. I wish them sustainability and growth in their competitive environment. At the same time I wish the top level managers to do their best to ensure staff motivation, as well as quality services.
