The only thing that I love about this hotel is the animation team BC they have always activities for us and everyday there's something new with them so we can't get bored
The animators are very very kind and cheerful especially ZIPPO from the arching club

Hello! I stayed in this hotel for a week with my family. Well..i have a few things to state. This hotel is dirty overall. Not an european level hotel whatsoever. Don't expect that. There are my positive and negative experiences:

Negative:

-very little space to eat for a big hotel, always queues for food and can be very long
-lazy staff in the kitchen and dining areas, never clears the table and no cutlery if you arrive 30 minutes after food started
-dirty corridors and dirty rooms overall
-beach is full of seaweed and camel and horse poop, very disgusting
-staff is not really speaking english
-rude arabian people everywhere, thinking they have priviliges
-very loud music until 11pm or midnight, very annoying and barely can sleep until the end of these stupid shows
-every staff expects tips for everything they do, even lifting a finger

Positive:
-big rooms
-big pools(salt watered pools however)
-nice beaches with oppoturnities to jetski or any water attraction
-not much diversity in food but definitely eatable
-lot of fruit, lot of desserts
-has everything that a 4 star hotel has to have
-has mini bazaar inside+shop, has a cocktail bar

Overall i can say that this is not a bad hotel, but i wouldn't come back, not an european level hotel, everything is dirty and filthy, the staffs are lazy and the local/arabian people are often rude. 2/5

It could be better. I stayed a week.
You can see a hotel that was good in 70'. Rooms are quite big.
I was in a bungalow. Nice but far away from the reception and the restaurant. Then I changed for a normal room.
They should clean more!!
In the bathroom, there are small white peaces and spots all over.
Probably fungus!!!
I found hairs in our bed and also on the floor. Even though we left the tip as usual. They should wash also the curtains once in a year.
The hotel is so big. They have a 70' bar and restaurant. All inclusive is ok! Good!
The evening bar is poorly organized.
Couches are so dirty!
There is always a long queue to drink. They should learn how to make cocktails. Music is ok.
The animators are inexperienced. They should do a course! They did not know how to do dances or acquagym.
Food: okay, but ...
Yes, you have a big choice.
There are also good things: Cous cous, crêpes, tuna evening, cereals, fruit, vegetables, ect. Meat is not so good.
The service is terrible. Guys are lazy. They just can't wait to finish. They hate tourists and they are kind only for falsity and duty.
The dishes are dirty and old.
Spaces are badly organized. Without a sense. The pizza is acceptable, though you have to wait too long. Coffee is good!
The external restaurant is so bad!
In the hotel there are also nice employees.
Healthcare works well. The pools are nice and also the beach. They should clean the pools. On the floor the tiles beneath the water were all shaggy.
The concert hall is terrible. The tables and chairs are old and dirty. What I liked the most is the shisha bar! Cute! Very nice! Put out the TV!
However with all these negative sides, I would probably stay there again. To be in the Arab world is acceptable. Tunisia is different from other countries I have seen. It is slightly poorer. They could do a lot more.
More security needed.
Hamam... is different as in Europe.
But is nice! The massage and the peeling was perfect!

We decided to try Djerba for the holidays this year and we reserved this hotel. That was the biggest mistake we ever did!
We arrived at the hotel in th middle of the night (but on due time) and NO-ONE was expecting us! All the hotel lights were shut, there was only one receptionist tha woke up one waiter to quickly "prepare" the rooms.
The first rooms (because we had 2 rooms booked) we were given were just terrible (not to say that they looked like they had not been cleaned after the previous guests) so we thought maybe we were unlucky and asked to change rooms.
The receptionist was really surprised with our request but got us other set of rooms that were slightly less horrible than the first ones in a building far away from the main building...
The furniture is falling appart, everything is super dirty, the bed seemed like someone alredy slept in it and the sheets were dirty. As it was ~3h30 am (when qwe arrived at mid-night) we gave up and just put some pareos on top the bed an slept there.
The mini-bar was dirty and there was no water in the room (important note: the tap water is non-potable, so we cannot even brush our theeth in it) and no one arranged us water (even though it was supposed to be included). Just take a look at our pictures taken at the 2nd and "better" room at the time of arrival!
No one gave us a map for the hotel (which led us to a long walk trying to get back to the reception to try and find the restaurant for breakfast) or explained anything about the hotel (schedule, etc). The staff was always looking at us as if we were bothering them and answered our questions in a rude way.
When we finnaly got to the breakfast the nightmare continued: all the food looked awful (not to say unsanitary an rotten), the restaurant floor and tables were dirty. We asked for a waiter to clean a table for us and he just took the things from the table we chose and, right in front of us, took a dirty table cloth from another table, shock it off to the floor and put it in our table!
The cooks' uniforms at the restaurant were so dirty that instead of white they were a "nice" brown colour. It was simply disgusting.
At meal time, cuttlery and dishes were always dirty (we tried to choose the less dirty ones) and missing and lots of times we had to use plastic cups as there weren't more glass ones.
Everything had a neverending line to get: I stood ONE HOUR in line to eat some grilled meat and when it came to my turn the meat simply ended and I had to wait in line for something else....
Between main meals there was nowhere where to eat without paying extra (exception: in the afternoon there were freshly baked crepes for which my mother and I stood in line for ONE AND A HALF HOURS (we stood there because there was nothing else to eat).
Thankfully we were able to talk to our travel agency and we could change to really nice hotel and enjoy the end of our vacations.
I do have to admit that the hotel exterior facilities (pool and beaches) even though they were not very clean, were really good.
Summarizing everything: it's a NO-NO and never-return-again place! If you can, please avoid this horrible hotel!

Room Tip: Nothing is going to help you here!

If you love to travel, this is the hotel for you. It's a big hotel with lots of pools and smaller beaches so no place is actually crowded and you can swim in peace. The rooms are also great, except maybe try to ask if you can stay in the main building as the menzels take some time to walk to and fro, but if you don't mind, they are also very nice. Plus, if you leave a dinar or two on the bed, you will find your room beautifuly decorated after they clean it. The food is also fantastic and in great variety, which is excellent for picky eaters. And probably the best part is the animation. You have very kind and very cheeky animators who prepare so many activities during the day, you'll never feel bored! And to top it all off, they prepare a show every evening, followed by so much dancing (and not just the mini disco) you won't want the night to end.
All in all, our trip was amazing and we're going next year as well. Would recommend to families of all sizes and ages.

Room Tip: In the main building or the A-E menzels
