The environment, room, food, and service are good. Only internet service per day is expensive. The internet charges per week is same as 2 days rate. Another bad thing is that is no covered pathway from apt to counter. So imagine you need to check out during rainy morning...

Yes, we agree that the weekly Internet rate is much more economical compared to the daily rate but it is the standard rate charged by hotels offering rooms in this price bracket. The new wing at Kameo House is a few steps from the front desk in the main building and normally there are always staff on hand to help guests with their bags or with an umbrella service, in the case of rain. We apologize profusely if there was no bell boy on hand to assist you and are currently looking into this matter on your behalf. Stayed at the Kameo house in Rayong for 6 weeks and was overall pleased with the accomodations. The location is great within walking distance on many restaurants and grocery stores + has 2 restaurants in the hotel which is quite good as well. Excellent breakfast buffet with very attentive staff. I would recommend this location for anyone staying in the Rayong area especially for extended business trips due to the hotel location and ammenities.
I have booked studio room with new and large room. Breakfast here has variaty of food , Japenise , Thai and Western. The hotel is in the citiy of rayong , it's only 5 mins to Leamthong Shopping Center and 5-10 mins to the beach.
I think fitness here is the best in Rayong, large swimming pool with modern decoration, steam and jacuzi , so much enjoy.
Whenever I will visit in Rayong, I will stay in this Kameo House Hotel since two years ago. This hotel is clean and comfortable to stay. Since the new house beside the main building is built, the impressions of this hotel is changed. A cable wire for internet connection is indispensable in the new house ,although they tell to use a WiFi service. I would like to suggest the general manager to keep the good services for guests especially in the restaurant at breakfast.
