The rooms and its facilities are well maintained. Clean property, good selections of breakfast buffet. The staff at the reception are so professional. Personally, I’d like to pass the compliment to Miss Jaruwan. Very friendly and attentive.

Very good for service, especially reception and room service. For infrastructures, gym is fantastic, main swimming pool is big, however, during day times (Saturday) is noise and crowed therefore for whom need to take rest should go early morning. Shoreline is great scenery and service is good and food is so excited on decoration.

Check-in and check out process fast and friendly staff, facility in room quite good but pillow case was smelly every room (we booked 3 rooms ). Morning of next day maid was access in room without knocking or ask for permission it's really rude,because we booking for 2 nights really disappoint for Amari worldwide hotel then they know that a mistake they just walk away without any responsibility.
Other bad experience we met everything was good for hotel.

Very nice hotel, great rooms, clean and nice breakfast buffet. Well assorted poolbar, staff always friendly and with a bright laugh in their face. Book the Seashore restaurant for dining! Staff is picking you up with a cart and bring you back. Great Service. Seashore location is just phantastic, food excellent, service more than lovely, thanks to the loveliness THIDARAT. Wish you all the best and thanks again! Greetings from an elder Swiss couple you may remember.

Recently we revisited Amari Hua Hin and stayed for 3 days.In my previous review of more than 4 years ago,I mentioned about the views from the ocean facing rooms were mediocre because of the distance of the hotel from the shore line.This time round,we booked a one room suite facing the big swimming pool.From the room balcony, the swimming pool view was fabulous especially for my grand daughter.The room at 77 sq metres was very spacious comfortably accomodating 2 adults and 2 kids.pool.One marked difference we noted since our last stay was that staff service standards have improved tremendously......more professional in dealing with guests especially the front desk and in the restaurant.There is a smile on staff faces when guests approach them for assistance.We felt "welcome" during our stay.The buffet breakfast which was included in our room rate was OK with the wide spread of western and local food.
