We originally booked four nights here but liked the hotel and where it’s situated with regards to markets and beech we decided to extend our stay for another six nights.
The hotel is clean the beds are amazingly comfortable and is very reasonably priced.

We picked up this hotel after reading reviews on TripAdvisor. The night market is about 10 min walk and about 20 min walk to beach area. Family Mart, 7-11, Pharmacy Store, Money Exchange and local food vendors are just a step out of the hotel. The rooftop swimming pool offers the great view of the city and the sea as well. Buffet breakfast is adequate. They don't serve brewed coffee. Instead, they place a tin of instant coffee powder at the coffee/tea corner. The room needed some careful attention (like the ceiling lights did not work). We checked-in on the New Year and they gave us a tote bag with hotel logo. We appreciated it very much. The Front Office Team was friendly.

Very pleasant boutique hotel located in the heart of Hua Hin, within a short walking distance from the beach and main entertainment and restaurants area.

The location, a super-fast check-in, courteous staff and a reasonably sized car park make this hotel a convenient place to stay.

The suite room with partial view I had was of decent size and very stylish. I really enjoyed the traditional Thai decoration with a modern touch and the stylish bathroom equipped with a whirlpool with its huge bay window overlooking the city (make sure to lower the curtain at night when using the bathroom...). Good bed, DVD payer and reasonable choice of international channels on the TV. Great view over the city and a bit of the sea on the 5th floor. This part of the hotel was very quiet when I was there.

A few downsides : The furniture, and wooden floor are quite worn in some areas of the room and are in serious need of renovation. The stylish wall paper suffered from a few scratches which could easily be fixed. Extremely tiny balcony where you can only stand.

I stayed here for 6 nights and chose it because of its position and swimming pool.its styled in a traditional way near the night market and a 10-15 minute walk to the bars, squid pier restaurants and the beach. I had a room on 7th floor which gave fab views over the town. The room needed a touch up but the beds were comfortable, European style duvets and pillows and air con. It had a small balcony.the swimming pool was lovely, on the roof and had a jacuzzi. There were beach towels provided for swimming.the hotel was spotless the cleaners were around all day mopping the floors. The towels were changed daily.hotel staff friendly and helpful.

Room Tip: Upper floor rooms have good views over the town and partial sea view

We found this hotel via Trip Advisor and on arriving we thought we may have chosen poorly, however looks can be deceiving as we found at as soon as we checked in.
Although the hotel is a little dated, the staff were extremely friendly.
On entering our room, the first thing that hit us was the magnificent bath with a view of the ocean, and the views just got better once we were completely inside the room.
We had a corner room (strongly suggest asking for one) which had both views of the city and the ocean.
The room was very spacious and the bed was comfortable which made for a relaxing stay.
The hotel is in a great location, within walking distance to the beach, night market and city shopping.
There is a fantastic little street restaurant less then 100 metres from the hotel called Kotee @ Hua Hin. The food was fantastic (better than the night markets) very cheap and the family that runs it extremely friendly and helpful.

Room Tip: Ask for a corner room on one of the upper floors
