Our solitary motive of complaining is to ensure that the hotel management re-look at their business ,as a business of hospitality instead of being hostile to the guests in covering your shortcomings in vain accusations to your disgruntled customers.
These were the shortcomings we observed,
1)Room was reserved through Booking.com,unsatisfactory ,not reliable and not credible.
2)On arrival to the hotel,room not available.After much deliberation , a Suit room offered
3) So Called Suit room is not up to the standard.There were 4-5 times power failure within the room in that short span of an 1.5 hours.Bathroom were of substandard.Abominable, may we say.
4)On complaining, the officer who arrived met us out side hadn't decency of excusing himself prior to entering our room.Thereafter he even had the audacity of accusing and arguing with my Husband of we been incompetent of using the room.
5)On account of this heated argument our monies were refunded.
6)We like to place on record, from a Hospitality business point of view , This is BAD BUSINESS ETHICS.
