To be fair, it is a decent hotel because it is relatively spacious, the furniture is functional and well placed. The room itself is ok if u can put up with some "datedness". My friend booked this room for us as websites gave relatively it good ratings and it was supposedly recommended by the Korea Tourism Board. It's my fault that I did not read earlier reviews of this place here on tripadvisor!
HOWEVER, why bother to go to this particular part of Incheon (unless it is due to business needs or to attend performance at the Arts Center)? THERE IS ZERO ENGLISH at shops and restaurants and getting ourselves fed was such an ordeal!
The front desk staff in the day speaks virtually NO English and seemed to make minimal effort to try. The front desk staff in the evenings are reasonably fluent in English and could be of assistance.
The whole time we were there, we barely saw any other customers, certainly ZERO international cliente! The "hotel" (sarcasm intended) did not switch on all their lights in the lobby or along the doorway between rooms and at one point, the automated glass door (entrance of hotel) was not functioning too!
The neighbourhood/district is NOT TOURIST FRIENDLY. Don't waste your time, effort and money, just stay in Seoul!More
