My wife and I had just finished doing a protest march and decided to grab a little lunch. We'd heard of this place for years but never stopped so we figured, why not. It's in downtown Albany in an old building with the original tin ceilings. The menu was classic Middle Eastern with kebobs, hummus, stuffed grape leaves and so on. We each got a falafel plate which came with a smallish falafel sandwich in a pta with a side of fresh hummus and pita chips for dipping along with some awesome pickled carrots. Everything was fresh, well made and d great flavor. Service was good, bathrooms were clean and the place was nicely laid out. I could have used a slightly bigger sandwich but no real complaint there. Prices were reasonable too.
