This is not really an hotel as such. There is no reception but as long as they know when you are arriving, someone will be available to let you in and show you the ropes. My room was en-suite with a reasonably comfortable bed. Although clean, some rather suspicious looking stains hadn't quite washed out of the sheets and the towels and curtains were a bit threadbare. The floor is advertised on the hotel site as "parquet" but is actually lino with a sort of wood pattern printed on it. Probably easier to keep clean than carpet but not wood, nevertheless.

Once you are there, you will find them very friendly a helpful. Even for the one night that I stayed there, there was a bottle of wine, a fruit basket and a couple of large mineral water bottles in the small fridge. There is also a kettle and stuff for making tea and coffee. Breakfast is served at another hotel, about 10 minutes walk away, near the lake (Kineret). I can't comment on the breakfast as I had to leave early so didn't try it.

Good fast free wi-fi. Rooms have a/c and satellite TV.

The Villa Roca was clean, friendly, with a great location to boot. It's like an up-graded hostel, with 6 rooms in the whole place, a small shared kitchen, a communal living room with tables and outlets, outdoor patio seating, and wifi/airconditioning all around. The staff was attentive to our calls even over the holidays, and we felt very taken care of during our stay.

All around a great place for a great price! We would recommend it to our friends!
