Great choice for a vacation with 3 children. The hotel is well-maintained. The check-in was very quick and easy. There was always a representative of the management at the lobby, who was talking to the guests. Our room was beautiful with a small balcony and a view of the Sea of Galilee. The water slides were great for my 12 and 10 year old boys, so was the pool. The kids especially loved the cooler full of popsicles, which were very useful at the heat of July. There was a play room for the boys with play station games. My 3 year old daughter was happy at the kids club, she loved playing with the toy kitchen they had there, and the staff was super nice. The food was delicious, with a great variety for everyone. I personally especially enjoyed the desserts, the artisan breads, and the variety of fruits and vegetables. I absolutely loved the dairy breakfasts, with a great variety of cheeses, quiches, cakes, yogurts, fruits, vegetables. I saw one show with my kids, and the kids were very happy and engaged. But they had shows for kids and adults daily. The hotel is located right by the beach, so we could easily go to the promenade at the evening. Perfect choice for a family vacation.

We arrived on a Friday evening. The buffet was outstanding for Kabalat Shabbat. The hotel is very modern, but they could use a few more elevators. They have a great water park/swimming pool complex. Our stay here was the best we ever had at 600 feet below sea level! Also very convenient to Mount of Beattitudes, Capernahum, and the other sites at the north end of the Sea of Galilee.

The hotel instalations are good but as a club, it's very crowded of children and because of that, is noisy and desorganized.
The restaurat is a confusion, children dropping food on the floor, running and shouting all time.
The restaurant attendants also were tense and not really nice. Many of them didn't speak English, fact that make difficult to get what was needed.

Room Tip: Rooms with total view of Galilee Sea would be better

The hotel was nice and clean. The buffets were typical Israeli fashion. WiFi was spotty. We sat in the back portion of the dining hall. Don’t know what customers the front part was reserved for but it was busy as well. At dinner, the part we sat in was very smoky from the grills. The front desk was OK to ehh. We asked for an extra laundry bag and the attendant said it was in our room and we said we needed an extra and she did have one sent to the room. The one thing about traveling throughout Israel that people, especially from the states, need to know is they are not big on ice. However the bartenders catered to us because they know Americans like their ice. They would scoop out larger amounts and put in plastic bags so we could take back to our room.
