Location is excellent great access to major highways. Multiple sites around to shop for food or jewelry. Many good restaurants. Parking is a problem but the hotel has parking arrangements with a lot across the street. The Rooms have free WIFI safes The Gym is simple but good. The swimming pool and bar at the roof top are great and a nice shower toilet combo. Rooms are well designed.

Room tip: Avoid the lower rooms facing the street especially Friday night

I stayed 2 weeks in this hotel. Nice room, but nothing special. At night a lot of noise from rooftopparty or one of the restaurants in the street. Staff is kind. Breakfast ok. I stayed during Yom Kippor ( whole Israel comes to a standstill). The service of this 5* hotel was hardly available. For breakfast you could order a cheesesandwich in your room. For usd 16 extra you vould get a dinnerbox. They did not make up nor cleaned the room
I would not repeat my stay. Sorry.

Dear Guest,

Thank you for your feedback regarding your stay with us!
We apreciate your comments about our staff. However, its sad that you were not able to enjoy your stay with us due the Yom Kippur in Israel.
On behalf of the hotel, I'm sorry we fell bellow your expectation regarding the noise, breakfast selection during Yom Kippur.
Your comments are highly valuable to us and will assist us in our continuous efforts to maintain and improve the service level we aim for.
We will address these concerns and we hope you give us a chance in the future to show you how great our hotel is.

Sincerely,

We came directly from the airport late at night and our choice proved a good one. The Indigo is just off the main road from the airport. It is well run and well maintained and we were pleased that it was in an authentic non-touristy part of town. We stayed twice and the rooms were modern, smart but very small. The first one was just OK size-wise, but I think we were upgraded to a better than standard room.
The second one was really tiny, with pretty much just bed only and barely room to store your case or move around. Bathrooms were well appointed, with all amenities, better than normal.
We spent a few hours beside the rooftop swimming pool on our last day and this was especially pleasant and comfortable.
On our second night we couldn’t be bothered going out and ate in the hotel’s restaurant (run independently) which was very nice, comfortable and served good food.
We didn’t eat breakfast here because seemed very expensive to us.
The staff were extremely helpful, car parking was around the corner and easy and reasonably priced.
If you are staying for a short-time, don’t want to break the bank and don’t need all the resort amenities The Indigo Tel Aviv will do fine. A perfect overnight stop.
