Best hotel for business! Cleanliness very good and the room is so large, spacious, clean, smells nice, and everything is so neat and prepared well. The service from front office staff was really warm and friendly. Definitely a place worthed to spend your business trip.

One thing I like the most from this hotel is the cleanliness of the room. Linens and bed very clean and looks white. Shower amenities are complete and nice. Bathroom also very clean with fluffy towel that looks new. Along the room corridor also look clean even though the lighting was not bright enough. The building looks modern and simple with not too many ornaments. Overall this hotel is good for staying

My kids were very happy for having a fun weekend staycation at this hotel.

Looking for hotel in Mataram and find this hotel. I got early check in, and it’s really helpful. nice breakfast, mostly Indonesian food. My room was in 3rd floor and get view of mountain. Really good experience here ! Highly recommended !
