We rented a one room villa with a private pool for 5 nights in November, 2021. The whole area was in COVID recovery mode, so there were some details that were not at the level that the resort is renowned for. Nevertheless, our stay was very, very top-end, especially thanks to the staff and affiliates. We are very comfortable highly recommending this resort to a couple looking for a place to snorkel, swim, eat, and interact with fine people. We hope to return soon

Our experience staying in Tugu hotel was absolutely incredible and hands down the best resort that we have stayed in Lombok so far. The resort is the perfect paradise getaway location as it has everything you need. Starting from a quiet and peaceful beach, beautiful rooms, great food and amazing service.
The service staff at Tugu are one of the most efficient, polite and professional that you will experience. The hotel has everything you need to escape and relax. The resort staff Pak Ardian and his team made the experience smooth and perfect along every step. Their attention to detail for the guests is at the highest standards. Hotel Tugu is 100% on our return stay list in Lombok and already missing that place so much.

Beautiful restaurant and pool area. We spent most of our time hanging around the pool and ordering a excellent range of tasty food. Probably the best wine selection you will come across in Lombok, with a really cool cellar.
Our room was large with a really cute bathtub.
We played golf on the course next door which also had a nice practice area to just muck around and enjoy a beer.
The Staff are what really makes the place. Always there to help with a huge smile and offering the perfect level of service, we couldn't have asked for more and we look forward to returning.
