Went here for lunch and had the signature BBQ fish. What a treat. Truly delicious Manado food. Best in town as far as I'm concerned!

Located on the side street of busy Manado traffic make this local sea food restaurant easy to reach. They serve grilled local and fresh fish from it islands sea. Many local fish and squid are serve with traditional cooking style, be aware sometimes just too hot for western tongue. Ask them to reduce the chilies when you order woku-woku ( tuna cooked in rich coconut milk and turmeric with authentic herb from Manado) if you don't want to burn your mouth as Indonesian especially Manadonese love very spicy food! All grilled fish are good and fresh, the tuna jaws are well recommended and they have also vegetable side dish from sauté water lilies in garlic oil and sweet potatoes curry with sweet potatoes leaf as a balance on sweetness. The service is very good and fast and all waitress are friendly with minimal English speaking skills.

Minahasa cuisines stand out among famous Indonesian food. This restaurant serves produce of the sea with authentic Minahasa taste. The fish and squid are assuredly fresh. The specialties include tuna jaw, tuna fillet and marlin fillet.
