Room was perfect, clean, tidy, fast internet connection and comfortable bedrooms. Staff is pleasant, breakfast plenty of choice and good taste. The only problem for this hotel is no mini market around the hotel.

6 days totalt we stayed at the suites room. Love the room a lot and the pillows was so good. The staffs was pleasent and always smile. Felt like home. Thank you very much for the hospitality. See you next time ❤️

This is a new building hotel, so nothing to complain. Everything is new and work well. Staff is pleasant and helpful, breakfast have a much menu and great taste.
Room and sleep quality is very good, must try hotel at Surabaya...

Room was perfect. But service from the day I book is not classified as an Accor Hotel. For Platinum member you can get only 1 time upgrade. When I want to extend the stay with sale price they cannot upgrade it and cancel my stay.(booking code GKFSFGPB)
The drama is at breakfast. in day 1 my child want to take out 1 piece of yogurt. The staff told that is not allowed to take out food from the restaurant. Even for 1 piece of yogurt.
Day 2, theres no coffee anymore from 9 am. one of the staff say theres no more refill, coz its already 2 bags already been consume.
In accor SOP, theres a should be a followup by phone during stay to ensure satisfaction for novotel and for platinum member only. But theres no one contact me except only asking me if I want to extend or not
After a lot of complain. no one contact me by phone nor by email.

Very good hotel. As of the date I am writing this review, the hotel is still about one year old. Clean and spacious room. Great breakfasts (many variations). Great staff and service. Great view as well.

Only downside is location. It is a bit far from many points of interests in Surabaya. There is so much traffic on the street as well.
