I would like to thank you for your hospitality at Ayola La Lisa hotel. i was stayed for one night with my parents.
We were treated so well and i would like to say thank you for your staff especially jovanka was particularly friendly and helpful. I asked her where to go and what to do and she also can even speak malaysian languange and it was super nice!
Me and my parents feel so welcomed.
The room was quite big and so comfortable, also the breakfast was good.
Will certainly stay again here on future visits.
Keep up the good work!

The first impression when i come to this hotel is the Staff. All of staff especially the receptionist is so frindly and helpfull to welcoming us. I like the hotel interior, i like the room and all hotel facilities. Thank you Ayola La Lisa, hopefully i can come to this hotel again in my next stay.

I love the way you set up all the things in your room, it is feel simple, warm, well layout. I love the way you separate the bathroom. your pool, small but entertaining. Could you please put mosquito repellent plants in room. less car park

I loved with this hotel concept, nice ornaments exist at every points. Room, wastafel, bathroom is very good. The outdoor swimming pool is moderately suited for relaxing and also close to the cafe which has a good price. The staff were pretty friendly but the car park was less spacious in the basement

The name of the hotel is as catchy as the facade of the building. The lay-out of the bathroom also shows a unique well-thought floor plan. The glass door to the toilet can also serve as the door the bathroom area, which is divided into three parts, namely the toilet, the shower and the wash basin.

The room itself is comfortable with the aircon being very powerful against the heat of Surabaya. And instead of a regular full glass window, it has a long slit opening with round end that kind of make you feel you're on ship, yet you can still get a full blast of sunlight.

We didn't get a chance to sample the food (they even have their own restaurant next door by the name of Lisa's Kitchen) since our flight was very early in the morning. However my son had the chance to try out the essential oil massage. The therapist was a very patient woman and she managed to make a very active 8-year old boy lie still for an hour. And afterward apparently he feels refreshed that he eats a lot and naps soundlessly for hours.

The front office staff was very helpful. He made sure that our check in was a swift as possible.

Will definitely go back to try out the food and the swimming pool.
