This was an awesome stop during my trip. Very clean, quiet, comfortable hotel. The staff was excellent, very friendly and accommodating. Breakfast had a wide variety to offer and different choices every morning. Would highly recommend this hotel and would gladly stay there again. Thank you Four Points!

We booked 3 rooms for 6 pax from 29-31 Oct. The rooms we stayed in were 501, 502 and 515. All were beautifully designed with comfortable bedding.

Pros:
1) Good location, near to airport and some shopping destinations
2) Great service from hotel staff
3) Reasonable variety for buffet breakfast
4) Comfortable beds

Cons:
1) Had some trouble with controlling the temperature of the shower; quite hard to get right temperature as water either got too hot or too cold
2) Slight whining from air con compressor turning on/off periodically
3) Quite dry air; much drier than usual hotel rooms

Notes about Bandung travel (what we learnt):
1) Due to the traffic conditions in Bandung, we thought it would be better to stay near to the airport. Do take note to let the driver have the address since most confuse this hotel with Sheraton Hotel.

2) Do not buy SIM card from touts at the airport. They charge 2.5 times more. Just cross the road and buy from the shops there instead. Ask airport information if unsure.

2) We initially made a booking through a website for a driver and car. However, when we arrived at the airport, the driver did not come to pick us up. When we called, it was obvious he did not even remember our booking. Fortunately we took the advice of the destination experts and did not make any advance payment. We ended up hiring a driver/car from the airport for RP200k to get us to the hotel. For the remainder of the trip, we made bookings through the hotel. Though slightly more expensive, the reliability made it worth it.

3) Late October is not a good time to visit Bandung due to the rainy season. Besides having to carry umbrellas everywhere we go, we experienced a mini 'flooding' at the Kampung Daun restaurant. Our return flight was also delayed by an hour and we experienced some scary turbulence on our way up.

4) Air ticket/flight itinerary is required to be shown before you are allowed entry to departure hall. Flight itinerary on the phone can be shown instead if you didn't/don't want to print out on paper.

great room, simple elegant, large, amenities was good, towel feel smooth n fresh. they give us simple birthday cake for u husdands day. poor service for family with child, this is business type hotel, the staff didnt care with child, the breakfast just good. the pool clean.

The room is average for four stars hotel, not too special but still okay. Fast respon when solving a problem. Nice hospitality. The main problem is how to get to lobby and parking area. Narrow access.

Stayed here for 2 nights with my wife and kids. Check-in process was fast, since I booked online a classic non-smoking twin-bed room 2 weeks earlier. Our room was on the 6th floor.

Positive:
- The location next to many fast food restaurants.
- The receptionist was very helpful.
- The room was spacious, neat, and clean. Air Conditioning was perfect.
- Bathroom was clean, sink, shower and hot water running smoothly.
- Parking area was good (until basement-3)
- The outdoor pool on 2nd floor was perfect for my kids, they loved it.
- Breakfast was not too delicious, but tasty enough
- Wifi connection was fast.

All things were good and running normally, considering it as a new hotel (opened not more than a year..CMIIW). But there were some things which I found less decent.

Negative:
- In the 2nd night, we were in the elevator heading up to our room from the basement parking (there were already 7 people inside: 4 adults & 3 kids) which was crowded already. Then on the lobby floor, 3 hotel staff with a huge birthday cake box keep forcefully entered the elevator to go to the penthouse, even though I later found-out there was service elevator available. And they even didn’t bother to give us space to walk-out from the elevator (my kids head almost hit the elevator door, try to avoid the box). I did complaint about this to receptionist during checked-out.
- The parking access to the basement was too cramped. You must be extra careful and extra slowly.
- The USB-port charging over the desk was not working. Complaint directly to the technician (ran into in the alley), then checked instantly and advised to be replaced. But I refused since I my powerbank was still full.
- The room was only provided with small cooler to store your beverages, not mini-fridge, which is not cold enough when you need to store milk, ice cream, etc.
