This hotel is luxurious and clean...the interior and exterior are good.... The room is clean and big for family and kids can run in the room....

The good one is the swimming pool... This pool is warm... Kids enjoying and dont want stop to swim even in the night.

This hotel have good facility, variety breakfast and helpfull staf... We will back again to this hotel very recommended hotel in bandung...

I was stay at grand mercure with my friends, then i stay at room 34(?) with view to parking area:D, the room was good. But I've found a lipstick under tv, there's no slipper in the room then i req add slipper to housekeeping but i need to wait more than 10 mnt. I was happy when i know there's any wine bazzar at the sky lounge and the price only 180++ the staff at the sky lounge very friendly
And the greatest is the swimming pool. Thanks to mrs ghea for give me special rate^^

An exact choice to relax. The room is clean and full of facilities. It also provide a warm pool near the restaurant which really tempting during cold morning breeze. The staff were so kind and nice as well. Will be stayed again in this hotel soon

We stayed here while attending the wedding of my best friend's son and were pleasantly surprised with the superb spread of local Indonesian dishes, many of which were made vegetarian to cater to some of the guests. F&B was superb.

The rooms are also very nice with comfortable beds.

If there is a place for improvement, i would say its Housekeeping. We had requested for an extra bar of soap....it never came. On the third day, we needed to ask for an extra toilet roll...it should have been placed there ina dvance, The washbasin tap water was barely running and we had to complain more than once before it got fixed. Housekeeping should have attended to it before we came in. And they didnt have an iron board to go with the iron, which is understandable as it WAS a wedding. Having said that, the service staff were all so polite that its hard to get angry. Would only suggest better training for housekeeping.

Room Tip: Higher floors give better views of the surrounding mountains.

My first experience about this hotel is having a very nice ambience, serene and very relaxing for our family holiday. We are very excited about it. And what make us more impressive about this hotel is the hospitality from the Guest Relation Officer Stefanny. We are actually not the member of the Le club Accor, but since we are very impressed with her, we immediately joined the club.

We're upgraded to deluxe room which is more spacious from superior room. And we love the room, very spacious, clean and nice smell. My kids love the warm water pool and enjoy the swimming session despite of the cool weather in Bandung.

Breakfast was extremely good with variety of food, nice display, with kids friendly menu.

Overall we're very satisfied with this hotel and definitely plan to come back, whenever we have holiday in Bandung again
