I had a lovely stay here with a free upgrade to the suite, which had a separate bathtub and shower, plus a good view of the city. There's a reasonably equipped gym but unfortunately the swimming pool was still under construction. Hotel guests get free parking.

Nothing is perfect, but an attentive staff can make the difference between a 3 and 5 star. Being a Platinum member we were automatically upgraded to suites for us and our family with us in the next room. I could tell the hotel had been recently upgraded and had a few flaws to work out, but as I started, nothing is perfect, overall, very luxurious and clean. More than enough friendly staff to take care of any need. I would stay here again with pleasure.

Stayed here for 2 nights. This hotel previously runs by holiday inn. They are still in the process of renovating. So this review is based by their current state.
Pros:
Efficient check-in for a very short notice booking
Helpfull and nice staff.
Nicely designed rooms.
Big rooms with big sofa, adequate for single bed.
A lot of variation of foods for breakfast.
Enough parking space (basement).
Cons:
Poorly executed renovation, as the water from the shower area is leaking to bedroom (at least in my room) and the woodwoorking also could've been better.
Food tastes are average for the breakfast.
Location is not pleasant for walking as it is located in verry bussy street.
The lobby should be decorated more. It felt so empty....

Stayed: January 2018, travelled on business

Stayed in a Premium Room. Requested a high floor one and the hotel obliged with a corner room. Found the room to be in decent size (approx. 34 sqm), well lit and very clean. Bed and pillows were comfortable. The armchair was very, very comfortable to sit in. My husband and I kept fighting for it.

Bathroom was also well lit. Shower area surprisingly quite large. Water force was okay, both cold and hot. Hair dryer and retractable mirror were available, very convenient for female guests. Complete amenities. But the toilet lacked water force so flushing was slow. It wasn’t anything major, just irritating. Forgot to mention this to front desk on my way out. Perhaps maintenance department could look into it, room 2901 please.

Mini bar was well stocked. Ironing board, Bible, Quran, praying mat and shoehorn were also available. There was a DVD player so those who plan on spending their stay inside the room might want to bring their own movies.

Tried room service. Was quick to be served and Nasi Goreng Buntut extremely delicious. Breakfast came in a large variety and well served. Taste needed to be improved but other than that it was a good experience.

Loved the gym!! A good variety of cardio machines and weight trainers. There was also a rowing machine (love this as it is rare to find in hotel gyms) and free weights. Towels available on spot.

Pool was under renovation so did not check that out.

Spa area was lovely. Clean, serene and the atmosphere was just right. Did a quick tour but did not managed to try the massage as there was no time. Perhaps next time.

Public restrooms are also well lit and clean. Smells terrific, too.

Amazing staff. They were friendly, gracious, helpful, quick and efficient. Impeccable, from the moment I set foot on the property up until leaving. Hats off to the whole team!

It was such a wonderful stay at Courtyard By Marriott, Bandung. I’ll be sure to come back.

Staff : 9/10
They were very helpfull and showing great hospitality esp the security team.

Room : 6/10

Considered a new hotel, (said will be done with everything on September 2018) I found all the facilities inside the room were quite OLD. The electric kettle has some broken part. Dust in every corner is not very nice for allergic people.

Lobby: 10/10
Well have to admit this area give best impression.

Cafe Mo/Mo
