We spent three nights here on our two week period and could not have picked a better location for our stay in Ubud. Very clean, extremely beautiful views and friendly staff. Perfect base point for exploring Ubud town as well as all the other tourist spots around. Would highly recommend.

Room Tip: All rooms either have great views or a private pool

Beautiful rooms with fantastic view, breakfast is ok .. the food is not that great .but service is excellent and again the view is breathtaking and I enjoyed my stay very much , it’s quite , there are some steps just asked room with not so much stairs for older one.
The resorts is great for couples and it’s not very far from the center and not too close which is good , they have shuttle services every one hour.
I hope to come again.

We have recently returned from Bali where are first 5 nights were spent at Ulun Ubud. My reservations on booked were that it was a little far out of central Ubud but, please, don't let this put you off. We actually preferred the location (Ubud was more hectic than we had imagined) and it was very east to get the free resort shuttle or just pick up a taxi to get you there or back cheaply.

The views here are stunning. We stayed in the family room (Jepun) which, arguable had the best views in the resort due to it's position high up and at one end of the resort, giving a panorama view of the entire valley. Come rain or shine, the view alone makes this place worthwhile. And yet, there is so much more to Ulun Ubud than just the views. The hospitality of the staff was excellent as was the buffet breakfast, which was included in our room price. This was something that most definitely exceeded our expectations - a real mix of Balinese dishes with enough English options to keep fussy eaters happy and plenty of choice with a menu that changed daily. Not only could you choose a starter and a main course, but there was a changing menu of fresh fruit juices along with the daily offerings of bread/pastries/fruit platters.

Don't be put off by reviews that say the steps up and down are too much. Anyone of fair to moderate fitness could manage this without difficulty.

The pool area is beautiful, as was the furnishing within our room. Staff work very hard to keep all public and private areas clean and tidy and they always have a smile on their faces when doing so.

Thank you, Ulun Ubud. You were fabulous! We wouldn't hesitate to recommend you.

Impeccable hotel service at the reception. Fast check-in. Ala carte breakfast is great and with interesting menu items that change everyday. Absolutely love the quiet and peaceful greenery! Awesome views from rooms. Love the bathroom and room feels. Not suitable for elderly though with too many flights of stairs to climb to and fro the room and lobby. Lovely service all round and good spa to match! Would love to visit again!

A truly beautiful spot just out of the main part of town.
Sitting on the side of a gorge with the river below.
Peaceful, gorgeous scenery, and beautifully landscaped resort.
Staff are friendly & very helpful.
Room was clean and very comfortable.
We were at the very bottom of the resort, a lot of steps, but so worth the view.
Great food .
Would definitely stay here again.
