We stayed at this hotel for 6 nights in May 2018. Diwangkara is a little far from the main street and other hotels. It is also in need of a lot of maintenance. The staff are very friendly but at reception they cannot speek or understand English and it is difficult to let them know what you need. The restaurants food is good, although there are no room service. Rooms are spacious and clean but sheets and towels are in desperate need of upgrading. Very nice pool and beautiful gardens.

This hotel is at the far end of Sanur and a bit away from the other hotels and the Main Street. It has basic rooms but there clean, the sheets and towels are in Desperate need of updating. There is no real vibe at the hotel, it’s quiet and no drink service by the small pool. There was also a shortage of sun beds by the ocean and only 5 lounges around the pool. For $50 a night (no breakfast) it was reasonable and beachfront. All the staff including gardeners were really friendly.

The hotel seems to be built in the middle of an old ruin, you are surrounded by jungle plants instead of corridors water courses and fish. Beaches 2 minutes and fast boats to islands 2 minutes. A wide range of eating establishments close at hand from traditional Balenese to the normal fast food.

Stayed here for 3 nights before heading to the islands.
Staff arranged my airport transfer at 2am which all went smoothly.
The rooms are quite large, clean and comfortable. The atmosphere of the whole place is fantastic, beautiful gardens a temple hidden in amongst the rooms/bungalows. All the grounds staff are lovely.

Internet was pretty good, the only downside is having to log in multiple times.

Breakfast is good value for money.

My husband and I stayed here for 2 weeks while exploring Bali and making a trip around the island with our son.
This hotel was a perfect base for us. The breakfasts were delicious and this hotel is just steps from the beach. The sunsets were beautiful every evening and the hotel sits on the tourist strip in Sanur, but once you’re in the hotel property, it felt like you were miles away in a quiet and secluded area. Most rooms has it’s own small pool, but the big pool which is just steps from the beach was a perfect place for us to hang out and relax.
The rooms were air conditioned and were serviced every day with fresh towels and linen and were spotless.
The WiFi was a bit sketchy in the bedroom, but great in the reception area.
