We have been here in past years, and we love the atmosphere of the place. Tucked down the end of a little gangway, this warung is quiet, and has been run by successive generations of the same family for years, and the walls are lined with dozens of family photos, plus a family tree hanging proudly in the centre of the end wall.
The prices are a throwback to the past and the menu, whilst not extensive, is certainly sufficient for our wants. A fruit juice costs just IDR 8,000 and is as good as you will get anywhere for three times the price. Okay, this is not gourmet dining, but it's a lot better than the prices might suggest. We go back several times on each visit to Sanur, and have no hesitation in recommending this little warung to anyone wanting good value for money.
