We came back to this restaurant because it is good and when you get in go at the back near the swimming pool - very calm and far from the road.
Good service and some discount at times.
Thanks

After the second visit, I decided to write a review about this restaurant to share my dining experience which is good.
Caramel is located in Jl. Cemara and obviously a part of Kamuela Villas; a part of Sanur that still retain it's resort atmosphere.
We arrive around 8 PM for dinner, the younger waiter in the bar failed to notice us coming, however one of the older waiter (Mrs. Weti) that served us on our earlier visit notice us and takes our order.
We order a mix of Thai and European food (Tom Yam Goong, Thai Green Chicken Curry, Seared Scallops and Lamb Medallion) and healthy mocktail and beer for the drinks (Herbal Elixir and 2 bottles of Heineken).
We decided to split the dinner into 2 courses after a suggestion of the waiter; Tom Yam Goong and Seared Scallops to be served as an opener followed by Thai Green Chicken Curry and Lamb Medallion as the main course. My wife likes her steak well done which will takes awhile to cook. As usual, the experience was great; congratulations to the Chef for being able to cook 2 different meals while still able to keep the authenticity.
I managed to take a look around the restaurant; vibe was good, the guest toilet was clean and smells good, the seating was great; with a little touch it will definitely look and feel better (looks dirty with their current pattern IMHO). No live performance during our visit, but that's allright.
The only thing that needed to be focused more is the service, especially the younger waiter to pay more attention to the guest and treat them equally.

We had dinner here on our first night night in Bali. Assorted Indonesian fare all good, nice atmosphere with outside dining around the pool. We also had included breakfast the next morning, which was very nice also. You could pick from an assortment of breakfasts, our only complaint was the strange cinnamon toast that came with all the egg dishes,
