This hotel is truly up to its standards

Right from the check in to check out we were made to feel special

We had booked a room with pool
Since its on the outside expect a few insects during the rains
But it's worth it

The room has all the amenities so once you are in you might not want to leave

I would surely come here again

Quiet- the internet works. Food could be better and make sure you ask for NO MSG in meals. The team is very helpful and aim to please. It is quiet and clean. The setup with upstairs downstairs pool is great. Comfortable contemporary

Room Tip: ask for villa 18 - out of the way

We booked this villa for two nights during our honeymoon (Feb'16).
The villa was close to the airport, and the first experience once you enter your room will be a " WoW" effect. The private pool inside the villa added more charm. The staffs were freindly and co operative.

However two areas of improvement i would suggest to the management.
1. Please keep the pool area clean. We found insects and worms in the water. It was later cleaned by the staffs immediately when complained.
2. Try to improve the spread of your food served at your restrurant. Also the food served where not actually hot and was dissapointing.
The Liquor offerings should be more also. I wanted to order few cocktails and hardly found any in the menu.

But overall a nice and memorable stay and the sweet moments will be in our memories forever.

Purchased a groupon deal and stayed here for 3nights3days - turned out it was only slightly cheaper then what they offered as promo for the time i stayed at which was this week... Deal inc. breakfast, return transport, discounts off spa, f&b and gift shops, early check in at 1pm and late 3pm checkout.. Management i think you should incl. breakfast and return transport in every package! Def. helps :)

The staffs & service: Everyone was lovely and friendly!! The service is what makes it most memorable. Reservation was quick and easy over emails. Our driver was lovely' minimal english but very efficient. The drive from airport was about 15min in a nice big aircon van. Guest services is available 24hr and they are so prompt. Each and everyone one of them have a smile on their faces. Uniform was tradition and professional looking despite the hot weather! Security was good at what they do, make you feel very safe and secure. And they were all so friendly. Assist in getting us taxi when needed. Taxi may take approx 5-10min though so call prior rather then wait in the heat.. Housekeeping & kitchen staffs was lovely too.. They usually come around in the afternoon to clean your room. Bfast was a bit slow though.. Twice we got our bfast after a 20-30min wait..

Location: like i said its about 15min from airport. Located in the south up a lil hill. Well known places with the taxi so always good when you are catching a taxi. Convenience store about a 7min walk to main rd but it was way too hot and humid to walk anywhere for us. Not many restaurants within walking distance either so usually we caught the taxi (suggest bumbu bali 1 and chow fat temple hill for fusion asian and delish drinks both about 10min taxi ride costing between 35-40k on taxi ride). Caught the free shuttle bus to bali collection one day also - 10min trip but wasn't much there...). Went to ubud for a white water rafting trip - took approx 1.15hr... As noted a secluded place off main rd so highly recommend for those planning to come and do nothing but relax. If you want a place within walking distance to beach and, shops and restaurants then id suggest legian or seminyak. Alot more is happening there then in nusa..

Villa venue: the only minor letdown i would say is the condition of the venue itself. A lil bit old and i think a lil bit of refurbishment to refresh the venue would make it an absolute gem. Though it was clean however the wear and tear on the wall, mould in the bathroom & outdoor showers, and pool, dirt on top of the sunbed roof, lamps and blinds was not too pleasant to look at considering it is marked as "luxury". Perhaps get this changed or dry cleaned. Plunge pool in the villa was always good. Villa itself is 2 floors.. Top was the bedroom with aircon and bottom which was open was the kitchen and pool area. The open area resulted in lots of mossies lucky they provided coil repellent and spray which definitely helped! Theres a fan but for this hot weather we found ourselves upstairs a lot more. Tv galore! One near pool, in room and in the bathroom! Theres even a service door for the staffs to enter from! Different but was unable to hear the bell when you are upstairs.. Lightings! Mgt please add better lightings for upstairs with the blinds closed it was really dark! Amenities was ok would prefer individually packed one though as the amenities tools again were a bit old and mouldy looking.. To make it a bit more luxury id suggest monogram towels, individual amenities, oil burner in rooms, welcome cool towel and fruit platter on arrival, chocolate during turndown service etc.

Spa: our villa (8) was right next to the spa! Fantastic! The girls were a gem and the place looks and smells beautifully! On the pricier side.. About 450-700k for 30mim-9min massage not incl. tax. The 30% off in our deals def. helped in which we gave them directly to the girls as tips anyway.. There are offsite venues that provides massages for of the costs though but we found it was much more convenient. Had the 90min massage and facials. Welcome drinks and refreshment at the end were provided. Def. a relaxing experience!

Overall a nice relaxing experience. I have stayed at better private pool venues and although they do not meet the exact same standards it was still a lovely pleasant stay. Thank tanadewa! :)
