The staff were really welcoming and amazing. Buffet breakfast was also okay, they did try to change the food around each day but you just end up eating rice and noodles as everything else they bring out in small portions and would have to wait an hour for it to come out again.

The bedroom were clean and very spacious, but had an Awful old/stale smell in the room which was a downfall, the bathroom tiling and grout needed re doing badly!

Hotel was quite far from everything, which was a bit annoying having to sit in a taxi for ages!

But considering what we paid for the hotel you really can't expect more! Wasn't the worst experience but I don't think i would stay here again.

Regarding the breakfast, kindly be informed that we rotate our breakfast menu every day, but it may was not met your expectation but we certainly would improve the quality and quantity also the rotation of it by our team including the chef who indeed concerns on this. We would like also to inform that we have free shuttle service which could use by guest in every two hours start from 10.00 am until 06.00 pm to the Discovery shopping mall, Beach Walk, Kuta Beach also Legian Beach and we have cooperation with local taxi for transport service which we could offer to our guest too with affordable prices.

Your constructive feedback about the services given to you during staying with us also considers valuable to ensure our team will be implementing proper service based on standard and it is consider constructive feedback to improve our service quality.

Pick up from hotel was ready at the airport, driver has been very nice to us. You will be welcomed with a drink and great bunch of staff. Rooms were nice and clean. Travel help desk was good to take care of our needs. Breakfast buffet was widespread (don't expect much of vegetarian options though). Room service was done regularly and SPA has been very good. Pool side bar was another place to have a great time. Overall a great hotel and great bunch of staff.

We travelled with our 1 year old daughter and was happy to know that this hotel provides baby cots and baby bath tubs for free. Room was clean and neat.Housekeeping service was fast and good.Buffet breakfast was excellent with alot of choices.

Negative:No floor drain in toilet area causing water stagnant whole day

We have no idea as to why we keep returning to this hotel
Which is four times now
The staff are some of the best we have come across
Nothing is too much for them to help you
Maybe its because we know where we are
But I think its because this hotel is very comfortable and not expensive
You will not be disappointed for the price

Room tip: Get a one bedroom suite as it has 2 air conditioners

We checked in and was given a room with two single beds travelling as a couple, it was no stress for Manager Indra whom got us upgraded at NO CHARGE to a deluxe room which was amazing!!!

the breakfast choice is amazing with lots of vegetarian options too, they also have a pan cake and crepe corner, fresh fruits and juices always available.

The hotel does different themed dinners during the week which is a nice touch!

The barman at the pool are amazing with the making of cocktails and serving drinks with such style!

The daily shuttle down to the beach and shopping centre is a nice touch. overall really impressed by the hotel and exceptional service by all members of staff i had interacted with!!!

would definately come back and stay here again!
