The service starts at the airport where they pick you up and make sure get through customs in VIP mode. We paid $20 extra for this service. You really want to take this option, there was quite a long line and it’s currently the slow season.

They have a seperate waiting room where you can a refreshment and a wet towel while they pick up your luggage from the belt.

Checking goes smooth and luggage is brought to your room with the utmost friendlyness.
Our room was very beautifull and comfortable. Though their was some renovation going on we had to request a solution. We were given the same room ag a better location, so all is good.

The garden with the oceanview and poolside is fabulous. They even have a bar in the pool, extra handy!!
Comfortavle beds and quick service for food and drinks.

You really wanna take a break and get yourself a massage. I took the Balinese which was relaxing and also took away some pressure of my muscles.

The gym provides cardio equipment as well as weights to do a proper workout.

There are several restaurants for breakfast and dinner. We tried them all and the food is excellent. Bella cucina is our favorite. And again the service they provide is amazing. All the staff we encountered was superfriendly, helpfull and always up for nice conversation. They really care about you having a well deserved break.

Bali is a busy busy place, especially traffic is a nightmare. But staying in the Intercontinental is another world. What a fantastic place to spend your vacation. There is plenty to do, they organize all kinds of things, also for kids.

Years ago a stayed at this hotel but not this time. I had however the pleasure of being invited for breakfast at the Club Lounge by the former GM now Regional in Tokyo.
As former hotelier myself I just can say that nothing has change and if done it is for better at the hotel level. Once you are outside it is an other history as Bali growth has been tremendous. We did a tour of the hotel as well like an inspection and I could only admire the beauty of the gardens and how well this property has been maintained. This just true Luxury as guest are spread on the garden under the coconuts facing the ocean or around the pool but with lot of privacy due to extended facilities.
Breakfast at the Club Lounge was just exceptional with an impecable a la Carte service
that we had on the lovely small terrace surrounded by water falls.
Can you ask more !.....a real dream this hotel.
Therefore my rating goes above 5 Stars .

The best of both worlds - the traditional Bali and Resort life. We stayed for 7 nights recently in a Club Duplex Room and loved the whole experience. We opted for the VIP service at the Airport which included a meet and greet as you exit the plane and a lounge at the airport whilst the bags were collected and quick service through the immigration and into the Car to the Resort.

We entered the Resort late at night but were greeted warmly and the Club Lounge was a great way to start our Bali stay. The Club Lounge was ideal for breakfast and we enjoyed the calm and peaceful surroundings. As my husband was off surfing in the morning, I would attend the Yoga class and stop by the Club Lounge for a coffee to take away as there are dress codes that the Club Lounge enforce.

The Club Lounge arranged for a car to take us to the temple in Ullawatu and the driver waited whilst we went to Single Finn for lunch to watch the surfing. They also arranged for a snorkeling trip to Nusa Penida where were saw turtles, amazing fish life and a sea snake.

The Club Pool is an oasis from the rest of the Resort and staff are friendly and efficient. We had an amazing experience in all the Restaurants and Bars and would recommend the Resort and the Club experience.

very disappointed with the reception, treating you as second rate customer when purchasing a day pass. the gentleman at reception was also training a younger person. he complained my credit card was not working when it turned out it was his machine. no apologies and he asked for my pin! the only unpleasant person i met in bali

We've just returned from 8 nights at the Intercontinental (28th Oct - 5th Nov). This time we stayed in a suite (downstairs living room, guest bathroom, blacony and upstairs is the bedroom and ensuite). Block 3 is in a great spot. Truly amazing and so fantastic to arrive back in our room which felt like an apartment! We had originally planned to stay in a Singarja room again but left our booking too late so had to upgrade. Really glad we did. Took a spa treatment this time which was lovely, and they gave us an anniversary cake which tasted so good. Breakfast had the most amazing spread, in fact one of the best we've encountered. Of course the pools are terrific with plenty of seats everywhere and the Sunset Bar was again our favourite spot at the end of the day. The grounds are gorgeous and there's so much space to take a walk and explore. There's nothing to fault here. We understand it was basically 100% full and yet it never felt crowded. You should book here if you are looking for a relaxing time (don't forget to check out the ducks!!)
