Booked d superior twin room and stayed for 3days and 2 nights. The hotel is 10-15 mins away from the airport (depending on the traffic). ALMOSTspotless hotel (clean n looking new), an acceptable small basic gym, staff are helpful and friendly (everyone!), a convenience store n spa nearby, small pool (facing the hotel restaurant n bar). The room had big windows (rm 259), huge bed, average-sized room, and small toilet. Almost dismayed to see roofs of houses as the view but witnessed a beautiful sunrise in the morning. Acceptable.
It was almost a perfect stay not until I saw a blood stain on the pillow, a much more bigger stain on the bathrobe (from inside), and requested for a wake up call in which no one has called me up and end up waking up quite late the next day. I hope they do send their bath robes and bed sheets and covers for laundry if not everyday, regularly or at least change the covers if they find something undesirable. Can you imagine cuddling and smelling the pillows then you see a blood stain on it? Wrapping the bathrobes on your body and eventually realizing that it has stains on the inside? I couldn't complain much with the staff coz all were helpful and great anyway and the only mistake was JUST to forget to call me up for that WAKE UP CALL for my flight the next day. Next time better be sure to check your bed, pillows and bathrobes first because it doesn't mean that even if it has a chain of hotels worldwide, it will be spotlessly clean.
Overall, I felt safe in the hotel and find it almost spotlessly clean and amenities, average. In fairness the staff are sincerely nice anyway (and theres no perfect hotel!). *Just don't forget to clean the bed covers, pillows and bath robes thoroughly next time*

I chose this hotel for its proximity to the airport since I only had one night layover before heading to Sulawesi. It is very convenient for that purpose. I was greeted in the open air lobby by attentive staff; a cool beverage and cloth helped to revive a weary traveller. You are immediately transformed from the bustle of the traffic just yards away.Outdoor pool, restaurant and bar/lounge area all visible from the lobby...my reservation could not be located right away, but no worries, a room was assigned right away. As it turns out I had made an error, which could have been a nightmare being alone and so far from home. They were able to accommodate. Will be looking for double charge.
The room was small but efficient; fairly new, quiet. Small flat screen, adequate wifi, good lighting, nice bathroom, liked the products supplied. After getting luggage settled in I ventured out to the harley store I noticed on the way in, and the mall...forgot my iPad charger. Grrrrr.... Found an apple store and a Starbucks within walking distance. Beware the scooters!!! These young folks have no regard for safety they literally ride everywhere - "sidewalks" included. And so my adventure begins.
Had nice dinner at the hotel by the pool and although windy and raining, I was able to enjoy the outdoor feel. Returned for a sunny breakfast the next morning. One of the best buffets ever. Indonesian food along with typical American choices. Lots of fruit, juices, choice of meats, omelets to order and even waffles. Don't miss it.
Overall great experience for my intro to Bali. Would return and recommend.

A wonderful hotel. I cannot imagine why anyone would give this a hotel a bad review. My boyfriend and I stayed here twice while travelling around Bali. The hotel is immaculate, rooms are new, modern and fresh, food is delicious (especially breakfast, catering for all tastes), the staff are extremely polite and the swimming pool is fab.

There are no issues with noise as mentioned earlier in a review. You can barely hear the prayers. We thought it was a honour to have been able to hear the quietest noise from this in such a cultured country.

As for getting to the beach. 4 min cab ride or if u fancy, there is a short cut on the left on opposite side of road. Not a problem, if anything a lovely short stroll.

A reasonably priced hotel that we would love to stay in again. If only we weren't on the other side of the world!
