This is nice building where Shah Jahan spent his last days as his own son kept him in Jail. This provides direct view of Taj.

This is the same part for Agra fort, where Emperor Shahajahan was confined by his son Aurangzeb for long 8 year. But he was under the care of his daughter Jahanara took care of him until he died . from here he used to watch to Tajmahal which was built by him for his beloved wife Mumtaj mahal. when he was suppose to die that time he asked to his daughter to raise his head on her thigh so that he could see to Tajmahal at the last moment and just after that he took the last breathe of his life . overall this is beautiful part of fort where from you can enjoy the mesmerizing view of Taj .

Also known as the Musamman Burj, the Shah Burj is an elaborate octagonal tower located near the Diwan-e-Khas. It was commissioned by Shah Jahan for his cherished wife, Mumtaz Mahal. Before was built, in its place stood a small marble palace built by Akbar. This tower offers a stunning view of the Taj Mahal, and must have been (several hundred years ago...) something so beautiful... (now its a big sewer). Recommended to stop for some shots, but don't spend more that 15 minutes, included in your ticket.
