This is the highest point of Udaipur and is one of the most beautiful locations - from here you can see the entire city. Best time to visit this place is just before the evening sets in and you can view magical sunsets and sky lines you can imagine. The other good part is after the sunset where you can see the lights in the city going on and the transition into the evening is a blissful.

Entry to the palace cost Rs.60/ Indian National and another Rs.200/car to enter the premises. Road is quite steep enough. Dont expect a lot. You get a good view of entire Udaipur City. Palace will end even before it starts. Just a place on mountain to see sunset. No washroom facility and lots of monkeys. Monkeys that will steal your bag. Go to this place only if you wish to see the sunset for such high rates. Better spend eve around lakes is my suggestion.

As a palace it is not at all noteworthy. But the view from here is breathtaking. The city and the lakes are all available in one canvas. But the best part is the sunset from here. Really awesome.
