I visited here after looking at other reviews.. But I did not find the hotel good at all.. Very ordinary rooms.. Very harsh staff and the food is pathetic.. Kitchen phone is never working.. And you have to mostly go yourself to order something..

We stayed in the cottage of this hotel. Spacious room and equally spacious bathroom. Staff is courteous and helpful. The manager was really helpful and helped/guided us for Safari booking. The restaurant food was of good quality.

The rooms were spacious and clean service was excellent. Food was great. All in all a wonderful experience. Highly recommended. Beautiful ambience and the scenery around. Cleanliness was excellent too. Amazing experience.

It is a comfortable hotel with lot of green. The location is good as it is away from the market. You can view Aravali Mountains from the hotel. Sanctuary is just 20 minutes away. Food is delicious. The cook is very adjusting and makes delicious food. Mr. Sharma, the owner and Mr. Ali, the manager are very helpful. The stay is value for money. We stayed in the super deluxe room which was the best room. Thanks for the hospitality and the souvenier given to us. Just one feedback is that please provide WIFI as that is a need of the time.

Room Tip: The deluxe room is the best.

We recently stayed at this hotel at the weekend. Reached early morning on saturday and had to wait & roam a lot for an early check -in despite numerous calls & requests prior to our travel. The manager was kind enough to offer the owner's room for a couple of hours. The dining area was untidy and the waiters had no idea about the menu. There was no non-veg food for lunch although we were told the opposite. In the evening we were denied starters and had to sit without the bonfire for at least 2 hours. We had to request the manager again and again to arrange a small bonfire for which we had agreed to pay 400 bucks. The staff was totally unprofessional and had no idea about anything. The food was good and the rooms were just fine. The hotel was kind enough to keep our luggage after checking out next day while we went for Safari. Overall the hotel was just fine, food was decent and the location was good. Its a good option for families who are looking for a budget hotel and want to spend a quiet night but certainly not a good option for friends & groups. Out of 10 I will give it 2 for service, 5 for hospitality, 5 for facilities, 6 for food, 8 for location. "Advice for the hotel owner": Train your hotel team to use the language of hospitality. Cheers!!
