Starters in South Indian food, isn't this a new concept. This is very well conceptualised here. The food was good, especially the rassam. Ambience is good and the quality is authentic. Would like to visit again

Ambience is good. Waiters are freindly. Masala Dosa and Dahi Wada were not up to the mark. Filter coffee was a delight.

13 April, 2017.
This was for an official lunch. All of us love South Indian food,
and this was one place with a bit of a fusion touch, as well.
The items available are pure vegetarian in nature, with a
smattering from the various cuisines of the four (now, five)
South Indian states, with a sampling of their intrinsic intricate cuisines.
The buffet had an extensive range of starters, with tomato rasam,
button idlis with pudi (otherwise called `gunpowder'), banana
fry/vada, small fritters of various types, a mini dahi vada/thayir vadai,
and more. The main course was offered as a buffer. There was a
selection of salad items, and an area with varied chutneys and pudis.
kuzhmabu, sambhar, plain rice, south Indian style semolina
noodles, Kerala-style vegetable stew in coconut milk, plain
steamed rice, chitranna (lemon rice), and more.
The breads included the Kerala-style appams, dosas, utthapams, and the
Kerala-style Malabar parotta. The dessert had a chocolate-based
sweet, two types of payasams, a semolina-based sweet, sliced
papaya and watermellon, among the items I sampled.
We noticed a filter coffee counter in one corner of the
restaurant, and saw the delicious concoction being prepared, in
the traditional metre coffee style, with it being poured between
two tumblers, located at an arms length, and a half.
This concluded a wonderful lunch.

Went there quite a few times. And wow what food!!! Specially the idea of pani puri style rasam puri. I was also amazed by the variety of starters they could provide with a little tinge of innovation but still retaining the original South Indian touch. The double main course and scrumptious typical south style expanse of desserts makes your day. The taste is so good that your tummy is full but mind is not!!!
