It is nice place to stay and enjoy fortkochi. Fortunate peoples are very nice and supportive. Fortkochi is very oldest town and also having the first church in india. Calm and quiet place and you can release your pressure and feel good.

I had no itinerary. My Kerala trip was not planned well, but thankfully George is kind enough to show me the best activities that I have to cover. He will arrange everything for you and make sure your stay in Kerala is memorable. The location of this homestay is quite central, near the Kathakali Center, the Fort area, Fusion Bay (great seafood) and the St Cruz Church. The bus to the airport will stop in front of the guesthouse. The room is fine for a solo traveller, it has AC/fan plus hot water in the bathroom and a terrace. Not fancy but it has everything you need.

We stayed there for 5 days over New Year's Eve. Mr George and his lovely family were extremely kind and helpful. They made us feel welcome and part of the homestay family. They recommended visiting Kahtakali, getting an Ayurveda massage and they helped us to organize daytrips near Kochin, we went to Athirappilly waterfalls, for example. The homestay is clean, centrally located, within walking distance to many sights. We tried the Indian breakfast - puttu, idli, dosa - and it was amazing!!!

We stayed here two nights. The room was basic and not very clean especially the bathroom/toilet. The owner, however, was very friendly and helpful. He recommended a few activities around Fort Kochi, which was helpful. We also booked a day house boat cruise through him and enjoyed it. The breakfast was sufficient. WiFi speed was acceptable. The homestay is located on the main road opposite a bus stand from where you can get buses to other parts of Kochi.

The owners were extremely accommodating of our last minute reservation, and let us hang around for much of the day after we checked out - we were even given a shower to use in the afternoon. The rooms are clean and comfortable, and the spacious rooftop is a great place to relax. The location is very central, and we were given some great recommendations for local restaurants. Fantastic value for money.
