A really charming boutique hotel. Do not expect extensive luxury, but this is really a perfect place to stay for one or the other night. Charming rooms, hospitality, really friendly staff and located in a very vibrant area of Fort Kochi

Nice small hotel. Very elegant furnished with very friendly staff and small pool on the roof with some good sunbeds in the shade. Outstanding is the food. One of the best places in India where you can eat delicious seafood. Great cook!

We spent two nights here and I must say that our stay was excellent. On our arrival we got a welcome juice which was delicious.

The staff are very nice and helpful and the cook takes time to inform the guests about anything: food, places to see... The breakfast they serve is complete and delicious and we even had dinner here and it was a total surprise! The seafood we ordered was fresh and delicious!

The hotel is quiet but very well located, very nicely furnished and super clean. The beds are really comfortable.

We will surely come back if we visit the area again.

After reading reviews of this place we went ahead and stayed at this lovely place called Tissa's inn which is near Fort Kochi. The staff here were very warm and welcoming. We had booked 2 rooms and they were kind enough to upgrade one of our rooms so that both the rooms were nearby.

Even the welcome drink they gave as soon as we entered was great. They also gave us directions to nearby tourist spots. The rooms were also clean. I should state that the service provided by the staff even before you arrive is excellent. They respond to every email that you send.

The chef also took time to have a friendly chat and gave us some insights into kerala cuisine. The vegetable stew cooked up in a continental style was lip smacking.
Overall, it was an enjoyable experience. we would definitely go back and stay when we visit Kochi again.

Stayed with my family, parents and brothers family. Decent rooms with big beds. Booking directly gets you a better deal with kids. Checkin was smooth and staff are very cooperative. Swimming pool is small, but very good and kids enjoyed it.

Breakfast is good but unfortunately it was not buffet breakfast. So. if you are in hurry need to keep this in mind. Also breakfast didn't have too many options (Appam stew was the only Indian option). Breakfast should be made more Indian friendly.

Unfortunately the restaurant was closed for dinner on the day we went (may be because it is off-season). This was a blessing in disguise in the end as we went to fusion restaurant nearby which was excellent and probably cheaper than in-house restaurant. But after a tired day we would have preferred in-house restaurant.

The bolt for the door latches are a bit weak and my mother got locked inside the room for some 20 minutes before she used a pen to open the door and come out. It happened in my brother's room as well. Small things but can be improved.

Hotel has the potential but due to some small things, our overall experience is average.
