I’ve come to this hotel for a long term visit and I couldn’t be happier. The hotel is clean and comfortable.

I’m a foreigner and have been made so welcome by all the staff.

There is a marvellous restaurant on the premises.

Breakfast is included in my package and is a good experience.

The autos and buses are available just outside the door.

The reception team have been so helpful.
Especially Mr Kiran Bangera who has given me advice and information about Mangalore. He has a very nice manner with all the guests.

Our experience was quite good. The hotel is in a good location and has a good ambience. Check-in was quick. The A/C room we booked was clean. Hot water was available.

The free WiFi was really fast. Staff courteous.

Parking could be an issue for people who come by their own vehicle as the parking place is very small.

The complementary breakfast was ok but it could have been better.

It's very near to Infosys,
but the biggest letdown was the complimentary breakfast consisting of dried up Idlis, Chapati & Paratha with Bland Sambar & Bhaji,
In 1 word it's horrible, even the ala carte menu is nothing to write home about,
Can't understand the fact that a hotel in a coastal city like Mangalore cannot cook a half decent fish curry, I can guarantee you that this hotel makes the worst fish curry along the whole Arabian sea coast.
Apart from that, the rooms are clean & neat, with an decade old window AC,
the TV channels choice is really bad, It plays only a few Kannada channels & 2-3 English/Hindi channels.
It would've been a total waste of money if not for the online hotel booking discount, which made the whole stay value for money.

Room tip: very near to Infosys

The worst hotel in which I have stayed. There is no parking space at the hotel. Though the hotel advertises that it has the facility of Valet parking, it's simply not true. As the customer one has to park the car himself in the courtyard of the residence of the hotel owner which is a block away. The staff is least concerned if you complain or ask to the vehicle to be brought to the foyer/driveway.
The rooms are small and was smelly when we entered it. Had to ask the housekeeping to spray air freshener which he very reluctantly did. The room itself has ZERO facilities. No safe deposit box or any facility to brew own tea/coffee. For a hotel to charge Rs 3000/- plus per night these are the minium. Also pray that there are no other guests in the hotel otherwise the hot water will run out and the staff will be of no assistance. Same is the case if you ask for any coffee/tea between 11 PM to 06:30 AM as the hotel kitchen is closed and they will refuse to entertain any requests/orders.
The breakfast is standard South Indian menu of idlis, vadas, sambhar etc. Be careful if you ask for any juice or anything that is not laid out becuase it will charged as extra even though 'Free Breakfast' was included in the package.
This hotel should be avoided at all costs.

Room tip: All the rooms are tiny.

My stay at Ayush International Hotel was really nice. The rooms were extremely clean and beds nicely prepared. The hotel staff were well informed and extremely courteous. The breakfast was also good, not a very large spread but whatever was served (Indian Breakfast) was really nice. Wi-Fi connectivity was excellent. The location is also a plus point as it is just a few minutes to Mangalore City and just 30 minutes from the Airport. The overall stay was very nice and peaceful.

Room tip: Good Family place and well placed
