This was a sprawling garden with mind boggling varieties of plants and flowers. The flower show was on at the time of our visit hence there were many schools/institutes visiting the place hence around 12 noon it became quite crowded but due to vast area the attraction did not get congested. There was beautiful glass house and floral decoration was amazing. The visit to the place is a real treat for plant lovers and others as well. There were many stalls inside Lal Bagh wherein produce of cottage industries from nearby places were being sold. Predominantly wooden toys, coffee, spices, pickles and preserves were available for purchase at reasonable prices.

I came here with a friend after quite a busy weekend. The gardens were clean and seemingly well looked after. There are plenty of places to grab a drink when needed in the Bengaluru heat!

This is very antique Botanical Garden in Bengaluru. so much of Plant species and so much of space to relax. The best thing about this place is the huge lawns and they allow us to walk though the lawns, sleep or play in the lawns. there are stone benches everywhere to relax.Lots of selfie and groupie spots. There was this huge Glass house which is an attraction in this park. Can kill some 3 hours in this Garden. If maintained well, this will easily be a Brindhavan. But poor maintenance ruins its beauty. But please do visit once when you are in Bangalore if you have Kids. They will enjoy running around.
