I stayed at Raaga's Raiintree for the 3rd time in July, 2011. On every occasion we have found the staff courteous, friendly and very happy to help with taxis etc. Our room was spacious and spotlessly clean. On two occasions we were upgraded at no extra cost.

The breakfast is delicious and something we look forward to each morning. One of the hotel's great advantages is its cental location and close proximity to MG and Brigade Road. On all of the times I have stayed at the hotel I have been travelling in a group of female travellers and Raaga's always is safe and well lit.

A fantastic, central Bangalore choice of hotel!

Room Tip: If staying with a family choose the suite.

We stayed here during one of India's largest air shows, which takes place in Bangalore each year. This led to the hotel being overbooked, and therefore when we arrived at 7.30pm we were told our rooms weren't ready. They put us in a temporary room until our actual room could be prepared for us. We decided to head out to Brigade Road for some dinner but when we returned at 9.45pm the room still wasn't ready. After a full day's travelling, this was not what we wanted to hear.
They eventually had the room ready by 10.10pm, over two hours after we'd arrived. They told us they had upgraded us to an executive room, but I think the difference between executive and deluxe is a small sofa in the corner of the room.
Their 24 hour check in/out policy doesn't make things easy for them. Cleanliness, location and price were decent, but poor management let them down. I would book a different hotel if I were to visit Bangalore again. Purple Lotus was fully booked, and that was our first choice.

Hotel is small but cute. Has all basic amenities to ensure a comfortable stay. Courteous staff. Some rooms have bath tub facility as well. Decent restaurant to dine in the hotel. Location of the hotel is in the heart of the city next to Brigade Road, where life is happening in the evenings. Within 2 minutes walking distance there is a theatre, pub, shopping street full of adidas, levis, nike & all branded outlets. Evening on weekends is extra colourful and vibrant.
