I wish I had followed my friends advice and visited this place at night.
At the entry point they have a Gaushala, the smell not bad but not so good, and it actually makes you feel you are in a Indian Village except that this is clean and yet a typically village. Great surroundings of a true india gujarat village.
The style of service was also very different, the foods come to your table covered by a cane basket quite impressive. They make you sit on a chorpoy with a table in front. As the Chorpoy has no back rest it could be quite difficult to have you meals, but once you finish you meals, you could just lie down and rest for a while which is what I did and that was the high light of being their for lunch. I am sure over dinner they may not allow this.

A special word for their staff - great you with traditional indian welcome and they really love serving you with a smile.

Brilliant place with village theme and traditional Gujarati food in a traditional setting. We have visited Vishala with family and kids loved the setting. Puppet show, folk dance, music and the food amazing.

We went there as it was recommended by some friends. Decent collection of metal vessels. Highly over rated place. Very dim lighting, could not see what was happening around. Food was good , but I have eaten better Gujarati food!! They have really work on improving the quality of experience..

Right from the time one enters this restaurant, one begins to expect authentic and traditional Gujarati cuisine. They have gone to great lengths to create that ambience of a village. With live folk dances and other performances while one waits, it’s a great experience. With a choice of 40-50 items that are served (unlimited), be prepared to be really stuffed by the time you are done!

6 of us went to Vishala for an evening dinner. The space is lovely although the entertainment was more Rajasthani than Gujarati. The food was quite delicious as were the desserts and paan. Miraculously, we had only a couple of mosquito bites for having spent 5 hours there! All in all, a delightful evening.
