We stayed here for 1 week in 5 block. A swim up room upgraded on arrival. Room good, shower needs upgrading, water brown in toilet and bath. Room clean overall.
Food is terrible in normal restaurants, flavor nil, selection poor. A la carte restaurants better, we did grill and Chinese.
Facilities very good otherwise. 3 of 4 had runs, ripped off in outside pharmacy.
Staff friendly, the vendors inside can be a pain and outside even more so.
Occupancy low and no air-con in hotel sitting areas so used titanic beach for meals and drinks.

We've stayed in this hotel three times now, once in 2015 and twice so far in 2016. This hotel is superb value for money. There are winding swimming pools down to the aqua park and beach and a wave pool and children's pool which is designed like a pirate ship. We've travelled as a group ranging in ages from 4 to 66 and all had a great time. I don't get people who complain about opening patio doors and mosquitoes coming in, off course that will happen, it's a hot country.....with mosquitoes. We had no problems with aircon and if we had to get up 10 times in the night to keep switching it on as another reviewed mentioned, we'd call someone to sort it out. The rooms have a flat screen TV with a few English language channels, a mini bar stocked daily with Coke, sprite and water. We had a family room with a huge King size bed and two singles, the bathroom had a separate shower and the bath had jacuzzi jets.

The food at the beach bar could be improved with more variety as it is chips every day with a burger or Kofta's or whatever. But the main Cleopatra restaurants does soups, salads, hot buffet, deserts and often chicken, fish or Kofta's on the BBQ at lunchtime. The breakfasts and dinner buffet were great and we were also given 2 tokens to use one of the A La Carte restaurants which we didn't use as our youngest was so tired from swimming most nights that it was a case of a quick dinner, then bed.

Honestly, for the amount we paid it would be value for money if it was purely Bed and Breakfast and use of the Beach and Aqua Park. However, it was AI so all meals and drinks were included. How anyone can complain is beyond me? If I wanted more than what was on offer I would book an expensive 5 star hotel where meals are paid for separately. This is a great hotel, the staff are excellent the meal choices were great, loved it and will be returning.

My wife Sadie and i have stayed many times in this wonderful hotel. On this past occasion we went to celebrate my birthday, usually we celebrate my wife's in November. Excellent once again. Fabulous beach and gardens with a private pier from which you can snorkel or take a boat trip. An abundance of swimming pools to choose from and suitable for all.Whilst we usually stay in a Palace hotel swim up room, this time we had a Beach hotel swim up room..very relaxing! All the management and staff go that extra step to ensure that you have a great holiday, nothing is too much and all you have to do is ask if there happens to be something you would like, that is not already there. The girls on customer relations Olga and Genia try to ensure that everything is perfect.. And it was for us.The animation /entertainment team led by Mustapha ensure that there is fun and exercise for all, should you wish it..fantastic!! Sadie and i like to relax and unwind, this is available in abundance at these adjoining sister hotels. We like to stroll along the pier to watch the fish or swim and to watch the world go by from the relaxing beach bar. The waterpark is great fun for all..we love it, as do our family who are returning with us for Xmas /new year when the hotels put on a great display and food. Now, that brings me to the wonderful array of A la carte restaurants which are available to all guests.. Japanese (no not sushi.. A great up close display of cooking with fillet beef and chicken breast etc),Mexican, Indian,Mongolian, Italian, Lebanese and a superb Grill restaurant for beef, chicken and Sea bass and Calamari.. Yummy! Plenty of choice in the main restaurants for us and all the family. Plus a super 24 hr all inclusive at the various bars, a huge games room and niteclub..all in on the extremely reasonable price, what more could you ask?Answer.. Nothing,... it is all there at the stunning Palace hotel which is a luxurious display of opulence and in the lovely Beach hotel side.My wife and i have no hesitation in recommending this hotel, we are treated excellently by all and we feel extremely safe in the beautiful grounds. Looking forward to our next visit in December!! Gary and Sadie Murphy

This is the second time that we have stayed here. It is absolutely huge, with many large winding swimming pools, bridge features, it's own water park and an untroubled route through to the beach.

The building itself is, in itself, palatial. Very high ceilings, and very ornate decor. All of the staff there are very friendly and extremely helpful. They cannot do enough for you.

Our room was extremely sizeable. Apparently, we had been upgraded before we even got there. This probably because it was hugely under-occupied because of people's fears of Egypt's troubles at the moment. There is something to eat and drink all day, including snacks, throughout the building and accompanying buildings.

We ate in 3 a la carte restaurants because we had been upgraded to VIP's (because we have stayed here and the Titanic Beach totalling 3 times). The upgrade gave us an additional a la carte option. By far the best was the Japanese. They sat you round and you watch, quite literally, a show with the chef cooking in front of you, and it truly is something else.

The food in the main restaurant, the Cleopatra, is standard all inclusive buffet, and there was something for everyone, although there's always someone moaning about something!

All in all, I think that it being our second visit there in 4 years, says it all. Truly beautiful.
