I can easily say, this is a fabulous hotel in every aspect.

let me start from entering this beautiful hotel, we were tired from a long day travelling,
warm towels and a cold drink welcomed us as the bell boys, sorted the luggage, Hos the Tui rep was truly first class he sorted everything and the reception staff made us feel so welcome.

having been to Egypt many times, the staff are always fabulous this was no exception,
we were escorted to our beautiful room yes we paid extra, but it was worth every penny.

Room and Cleaner
our cleaner Farid is an asset to this Hotel a true perfectionist in all his work
he really did make our stay a better one, the room was spotless everyday.
he was courteous and made towel sculptures everyday, not once did he ask for a tip and truly loved the reaction of my wife when she looked at his handy work with the towels, Farid you really are a top class person, hope to see you soon my friend

Gardens and Pools
what can you say the pools are spotlessly clean, I believe there around 20 pools simply amazing, the gardens are beautiful and so well kept
the hotel simply stands out and leaves a lasting impression

Pool & Bar Staff
what can you say
the staff are great, so welcoming, always willing to help and are so polite
walking around looking after guests your never more than 10 minutes from being asked if you'd like a drink, everyone is brilliant but I must single out Romany a true gentleman, works so hard never stopping but always smiling he looked after us daily, another member of staff who is a total credit to this hotel

Restaurants
we stopped in the adults only area in the Topaz restaurant mostly for breakfasts and evening meals, again all staff were friendly polite and would help every time, again I must mention Abd ELhady another member of staff who went the extra mile to ensure we had a great experience, you were first class and so polite cant wait to meet you again in October

Ninos
I must mention this restaurant it truly is a stand out Italian the food here is on point and perfect, the team are unbelievable they treat you like royalty, the food, service, quality and location is simply amazing, I have 145,000 people up to now who follow my posts on trip advisor, when viewing you will see I visit many Italian restaurants this has to be in the top 3 of the many 100s I've visited, so please give this a go when visiting here, it truly is a stand out
a big thank you to all the staff who made us feel so welcome, Ehab looked after us on both evenings many thanks sir it was an honour and pleasure for us to dine here and a big shout out to Mohammed the Manager you made my day by sorting my cheese sauce with no fuss you should be so proud of yourself and team, you are another factor in us booking again to come back

overall I could post along all night about this hotel, it simply is a great destination, yes its big but hasn't lost its personality and the fact they cater for every individual and their needs is a credit to everyone involved in this hotel

people will always find something to moan about, please ignore every one and try it for yourself this hotel isn't a 5 start Spanish hotel this really is the real deal

I would like to thank everyone here for making this a truly memorable holiday you left an impression that I will never ever forget
we will be back in October and I really cant wait

TUI you have a great member of staff in Hos, I met him in Sharm El Sheik and he also made a great impression thank you Hos you also helped make this a great holiday and I will have no problem recommending Hurghada to my friends

Just got back yesterday, nice week of early sunshine, was a bit windy on a few days making in cool at night.
Hotel very good, excellent family hotel but not too much if you don’t have kids with you. Plenty of space to get the sun without other peoples kids bothering you.
Staff are excellent too. They are very good at keeping kids out of the adult pool.
If I had a negative it’d be the fact that you can only eat in the A La Carte restaurants 3 times during a one week visit, only cos I’m not keen on buffets, it probably suits most people, we like a meal to be a steady night out, impossible with a buffet.
Snorkelling not great from the beach, been to Sharm lots and it’s much better there.

Very good hotel but internet connection is very bad. but i recomend. slides are good. staff good too. very much food.its near airport so you dont need to go to it very long.nice spa masages.room is nice.

Just back from a weeks visit with wife and 15 year old daughter. Have to say that for such a vast complex which was near capacity, the Jaz Aquamarine is difficult to fault. The grounds are kept spotless and nearly all the staff are so really friendly and helpful. You don't feel you are in such a huge complex during the day as so much space and things to do. It is only at feeding time do you experience the hustle and bustle of a multi nation free for all. Special mention to Ayman on reception and our cleaner in room 3283, who I think was called Moustafa. We were switched from two double rooms to one junior suite and this worked really well for us and had a stunning sea view from huge wrap around balcony. Water parks were great fun and there was a spot for everyone by the 20 pools, whether your preference was peace or noisy activities. I can't really fault the 3 a la carte restaurants, and I appreciate the thankless task of catering in main restaurant to so many guests. Choice was fine, but so many people whose manners seem to go out of window when in proximity of food and who don't accompany their children who finger food and then put it back in bowls does turn stomach a little. I did come down with Egyptian tummy after 3 days, so avoided main restaurant for remainder of holiday. TUI organised Quad bike excursion was great value for money. As Germans and Russians/Ukrainians were majority nations, Brits missed out on football screening of internationals, as Germans outnumbered us by at least 3:1. Not sure if I would visit again but would have no hesitation to recommend if you are hardy enough to battle the feeding frenzies in main restaurant.

With regards to your comments on the nationality mix, we would advise that our UK guests are our second nationality within the hotel, with no Russians due to travel restrictions. We are unable to show British football, not because of the nationality mix, but because it is not available on the satellite, although we do show Champions League football where applicable.
