It is a nice hotel in very central location in Puerto Ayora. Within a few minutes walk you can reach the sea promenade (malecon) with lots of restaurants, shops and tour operators. Right on the other side of the street is a small supermarket where you can buy water and some other basic products. The rooms are clean, staff is very friendly. Wifi is working well although not very fast.
I tried to send an e-mail to the hotel but couldn’t find their e-mail address anywhere on the web. In case someone else needs it: firstname.lastname@example.org
If you are planning to do some day trips from Puerto Ayora I would recommend you to book them once you are there. I tried to book in advance but never got any reply from the tour operators I contacted. Also prices on the internet are at least 50% higher than booking at a local agency. There are dozens of tourist agencies in Puerto Ayora and they all offer more or less the same tours so you will certainly be able to find the tour you like (I did Seymour and Bartolome which I can both high recommend).More
