The hotel property was very clean and easy to navigate. Unfortunately we had booked a non-smoking room but when checking in received a smoking room and were not able to switch. This was disappointing as the smell from previous smokers in the room made it hard to be comfortable.

Love this hotel at night with the pool party and day time is a great place

Doesn't allow kids

Hot pools great in winter or summer time

Food was not bad and other hotels are closed by so i went to check them out still feel this one was the best one

From the time we got there until we left it was far from good. Got there on Friday early afternoon, good luck trying to find somewhere to get lunch and drinks, almost nothing opens until 4. Check in at kiosk, seemingly easy, got email at 4:04 that room was ready, went back to a sea of people wait in line only to be told, very rudely by Neha that I was wrong, show me where you received your room was ready, I did and she told me well that is wrong it isn’t. Rooms were “spot” cleaned but dirty. By night time every casino kiosk that you cash in tickets was “out of money”, casino was dirty and very hard to find an employee to help with directions. And after all of that I get home to fine $200 in charges on my bank account that weren’t mine. I strongly recommend staying elsewhere. Harrah’s used to be great but those days are long gone.

They want to offer free comp rooms but they are anything but free. On the phone while making the reservation I was promised a remodeled room with king bed but was given a double bed room from the 70’s. Rooms were very dusty behind tables and even the surface. You even have to pay to use the pool now. Floors seem to be uneven. The beds were comfortable, especially the pillows. I’m many places throughout the resort, the smell of weed was awful. The check in process is a mess and took an hour.

Disappointed the min we pulled into the dimly lit parking lot! Resort is massive, with that said no direction to find the front desk once at the desk no direction to the room. Employees all act like it’s their 1st day on the job, they DONT KNOW NOTHING!

Finally found the room and I was super impressed !! Large clean and modern, BUT the waterfront room was a view of the darn pool dome!!! Speaking of the pool came.. down for the NFL Splash party, prepaid for tickets to be turned away due to low participation and they were closing early!!! Most full service restaurants were also closed !!!

Room tip: Book elsewhere !!
