Wow what a horrible stay. The internet was down and they had no way to check us in. People couldn’t get their cars out of the parking lot and no one could purchase anything from the vending machines!

Came to check in at 2 am. They had to guess which rooms were vacant. After given a supposedly empty room, I walked in on a Vietnamese family and quickly found out that they had guessed wrong.

Once settled, the whole hotel just feels old, not like the vintage vibe they were going for. The hotel smells like Smokey carpet that has been repeatedly shampooed. $25/night for self parking is insane. The hotel pool is a joke, there were clumps of hair floating in the water. You could maybe fit 30 people tops in the pool, not to mention that the skylight is covered in bird feces and smells like an old locker room.

One poor receptionist was trying her best to handle the problems but everyone else on staff just didn’t care. What a shame, this experience was overall pretty bad. Highly recommend that you consider staying elsewhere.

It took over an hour to check in due to lack of staff. The entire building smelled like cigarettes. The hallways were dimly lit. The carpet was stained and there was rust in the bathroom. For $200+ a night I expect a lot more.
