We spent four days at the Borgata over Thanksgiving week. Our overall experience was wonderful. However, there were large sections of the casino that were closed off with black curtains. Some of the video poker and slot machines that are our favorite have been removed. The guest room was clean and comfortable. There are many restaurants to choose from. For almost 20 years, the Borgata has always been our first choice when we come to Atlantic City.

First visit to Borgata was a big disappointment. Our (standard King) room was dated, no USB port in the room. Bed was not comfortable at all.
Some dealers and staff were not friendly. Amenities were less than impressive.

I gambled for three and a half days
Lost 3500.00 and only received 29.00 in comps
Cocktail waitresses were very tardy and one down right rude
Drinking water was not provided in our room
Most table games were minimum 25.00
Baccarat was 60.00 minimum on thanksgiving day!!!
Every staff member was pleasant. The room was clean, quiet and comfortable. The mattress and pillows were just right. The bath towels were just right. The shower was just right. The restaurants were all above average. The casino was nothing special, but it was okay. I can't think of one demerit. Of course, you pay dearly for the privilege of staying here. But I don't mind that when I feel everything was well above average. And that's what I came away feeling.
WOW - pool was amazing, staff was great, Drinks were great. Only issue, I like to jog outside and there was no way to do that without crossing a least one busy highway without a cross walk. I used the gym instead which was very nice.
The Borgata is a modern, well kept Casino in Atlantic City. The rooms are large and comfortable. The gaming hall, unfortunately, allows smoking. The hotel hosts top notch entertainers well worth the trip.
