Too many things to improve: most of the staff was rude, the food was always the same, the drinks were subpar, hotel beach is unusable, toilet tank take hours to fill, no security box, horribly slow wifi (paid) and very slow mobile phone data in the hotel.

There are A LOT of things to improve! The rooms need reform ASAP! Mold and stains all around the rooms, and the smell is horrible ( specially in the bathroom). The toilet seat is not totally flushing, a lot of pee residues are making a horrible smell! The light is entering the room from the porch as there is no curtain in the door. VERY IMPORTANT: DONT GO INTO THE WATER in the beach of the hotel! Is full of jellyfish! However, there are many positives sides to the hotel, the pools are amazing and the food as well. The bed itself ate really comfortable and they contrast with the incredibly smelly room. I would definitely go back to the hotel if the improvements were achieved! Good luck!

We came here for a group holiday and loved every moment, lots of food choice and the pier bar was amazing, the staff looked after us all week. Giant comfy beds and large rooms, the highlight thou was drinking rum with our feet soaking in the sea all evening.

Very expensive hotel for what you get: No WIFI, No beach, No security box, No good food. If you want to eat in a better restaurant you better get up at 6am everyday to make a line because otherwise everything is booked. What you get is: Rude people at the front desk who charge for everything (Even a single printing page) and don't provide receipts only cash is accepted (No good thing). Dirty rooms with cockroaches. We were a big group and non of us will ever return to a Decameron.

The Hotel is comfortable, it´s location is 10 min from the Airport in the Nature. It´s a big hotel with spa service and a beautiful pool, when you can see the seven colors of the sea. The rooms are comfortable with air conditioner and we had some bottles of water for free to brush our teeth.
The hotel has an all buffet inclusive, every day we ate fruits, differents cheeses, meat, salads and sea food. The food was delicious and had a wide variety. The hotel has a private beach but we didn´t like this , but They have a boat which goes to the Aquarium wich is a wonderful place for its landscape, when We went snorkeling and We saw fishes of different colors.
