We usually arrive at Lo Wu (Luohu) earlier in the morning before the shops open so we can have early dim sum brunch. The service and food quality are reasonable, and menus are in English.
Aside from traditional dim sum items like prawn dumplings and siu mai, there are some interesting variations - we particularly enjoyed the red rice vermicelli (rice rolls) with prawn.
I would recommend not coming here at 12pm onwards for lunch unless you want to wait a while for a table. That was our experience a previous visit.
