I've stayed at this hotel for a total of several weeks over the past 12 months and this is my favorite hotel in the Nanshan area of Shenzhen. The staff is nice. The rooms are big and usually very well maintained. The hotel is clean and safe and the internet is usually reliable and fast. If you want a western breakfast then sometimes the selection is not enough. If you want a gym then go to the Holiday Inn located next door (BTW the hotels are connected via a covered walkway on the third floor). The Holiday Inn room rates are double but they have a gym. The location is convenient with plenty of Japanese (yes Japanese not Chinese) restaurants within a few minutes walking distance. You can also eat at the Holiday Inn. There are two bakeries and several coffee shop options within a 3 minute waking distance. It takes about 10 or 15 minutes to walk to Coastal City which has high-end shopping and more restaurants. The hotel is very close to the main bus routes and it takes about 20-minutes to walk to either one of the two subway lines in Nanshan.

This is owned by the same group that owns the Holiday Inn next door. It is reasonably clean but not up to international standards. I stayed in a "suite". Bottom line - this is decent place to sleep, but not much more.
